The individual (3) bottle bundle is super convenient. I usually end up sharing a bottle with my sister whenever she runs out, and she does the same for me. Good product at the right price.

Great option having this as a multi pack. I have been using Life Extension magnesium for a few years now. I take two capsules every single night just before bed. While I can use any type of magnesium to produce a sleepy effect (even oxide), I like this combination for other bodily systems. But truly, I love using it to help me drift off to sleep and for the most part stay asleep. The quality of my sleep is better, and I can tell if I forgot to take it. I toss and turn, feel semi awake and aware most of the night. But with magnesium, I tend to get sleepy shortly after taking it, then I am out. I take 2 caps because my body can handle it. I am a bigger person and am used to taking magnesium. You may want to start with a smaller dose to see how you do. Some people can experience quicker bowel transit with use of magnesium. Helpful if you need that, but not so much if you want to try it for bedtime use. I may not be super consistent with other supplements I take, but I most always remember to take my magnesium. There's not much I can say other than I believe this product works and is delivered on time every time.

This product yields regularity- while not my intended goal (I was looking for the calming effects for better sleep) and I have had no negative effects. I have re ordered twice already. I can’t say for sure that it helps improve my sleep quality but the other result is so positive, that I continue to take it. : )

Bout same product. Same label. Same company, etc. literally the exact same label on the front but I spotted a missing Mg source in the fine print on this latest bottle. It is now MISSING the “Mg Lyslyl glycinate chelate (TRAACS).”And given that form of Mg is key for some folks it was deeply irresponsible for the company to keep the same label as if nothing had changed.A call to the company revealed they have had trouble sourcing the now missing ingredient.The only reason I’m not giving 2-3 stars now is because the old product has helped me so much, and the new product is yet to be tried by me.

Most vitamins on the market are synthetics. However, synthetics have been shown to be hard on the body and could lead to further problems. Two out of the three magnesium’s in this blend are known to be harsh on your bodies gut. Despite this product claiming it’s “high absorption” rate it actually is far harder for your body to absorb synthetic supplements. This is false advertising. Medical studies are public and free to the public. The more you know.

I had a bad pain in my left thigh off and on. Sometimes very sharp and then gone. Of course, the doctor said it was my age (76). I disagreed with him and did my own research. You know that is what doctors say when they have no idea. Why can't they said "I don't know". I guess it must be their ego.Well, I started drinking more water and taking 2 caps of Life Extension Magnesium per day. One in the morning and one at bed time. Pain gone.
