Delicious and delicately perfumed
This is a lovely organic Ceylon cinnamon. So pleased I decided on this one after hours of searching, uff!! !! It has a gorgeous sweet light cinnamon aroma and after tasting it, it has a delicate sweetness to it, not harsh at all, it is a fabulous addition in my delicious ceremonial matcha green tea. It is a fabulous product and I'm going to use it on everything! I do recommend!

Right to start with I'm not a foodie, but, I LOVE cinnamon. I read somewhere the best is Ceylon, so I bought some. Small packet, bit more expensive than the jars I buy, but ITS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I will definitely buy this again, it's very fine and I feel because it has much more flavour, you don't need so much.
