This product is exactly what I needed to step up my workouts. I have seen immediate results and I can feel the workouts more intensely with these on. My hips and butt have grown bigger ever since.I followed the instructions on the insert and they sent the video workouts, really helpful, I love them. And they also sent a cute gift. Make sure to buckle them correctly, watch their listing image and and you can tighten as much as you can without unbuckling during your workout.Seems very well made. They Fit perfectly

As of now, everything is going well. If you are uncertain how to fasten your belts, please read the instructions carefully. It is my hope that including this product in my workout will provide me with the additional visual that I have imagined. #Selflove

This product arrived quickly and looks just as described, however it arrived with a very very strong off putting fishy scent. I put the bands inside of the drawstring bag they came with and threw them in the wash before wearing to the gym. They seem to be a solid product in spite of the smell. I'll continue to use them with my leg workouts. The sizing is also thick thigh friendly.

I like how the band stays in place for the most part and give my glutes a cuff. I hope it trains into that way.

Product had a horrible smell of fish. I had to wash the bands just to get rid of the foul smell!!

The media could not be loaded. They’re huge! Will fit a 45” thigh. Very sturdy, the clasp and belt loops are great. Hard plastic clasp. But they STINK SO BAD! Smell like fish, which if you’re a woman wearing these on your thighs it’s gonna seem like YOU smell like fish. They must manufacture these at a fish market. It’s a very LOUD smell. I hate that I didn’t put them on until I was already in the gym and I was so excited to use them I figured maybe others wouldn’t notice, they did! I cleared the whole stretching area 😂 I had to cut the workout short and I immediately washed them. The aroma wasn’t coming out with just soap and water so I added some scent beads and that did the trick. Left them to hang and air dry. Also the band will roll down a little, it still does it’s function but it doesn’t stay nice and thick and in place, at least not on me. I have 30” thighs for reference.

Brought this to celebrate all the birthdays in our family it sits well in my front lawn. Secured with the stakes it comes with even the windiest wearther it stays put
