Only been taking these three days but these absolutely work! I had embarrassingly bad and controllable wind and immediately these tablets worked! Embarrassment over!

Product seems to be helping,but early days to tell,very disappointed no lid with it,So now foil top is open am having to keep wrapped in a bag!

I've been taking these in response to some tummy troubles, and since then, things have calmed down. I can't say for sure if it's as a result of the digestive enzymes, or if the complaint would have gone away by itself, but I've certainly noticed things getting calmer and more comfortable.Digestive enzymes are important for absorption of nutrients, and they're made by your body in the pancreas. It's possible to become deficient for various reasons, and conditions such as diabetes can have an effect. If you're already taking prescription medication it's worth asking your pharmacist to check for interactions, before taking this supplement.I appreciate that this supplement is made here in the UK, and that gives me greater confidence that it has been manufactured under strict quality and safety standards. Such things don't always exist elsewhere. The flat, letter box friendly container is a helpful feature.

One would think that digestive enzymes are only really useful to help digest food, but there’s a lot more to them than this. They’ll help with nutrient absorption (very important to derive maximum benefit from the food we eat and the supplements we consume), they help with energy, they improve gut health, and they may reduce the risk of certain ailments and digestive disorders.In a perfect world if we were all eating healthily and not rushing around missing meals then supplementing with digestive enzymes might not be necessary, but nowadays it doesn’t harm to have the occasional (or perhaps on occasion a more regular) boost.What I like here is that this product is enhanced with other natural ingredients such as tumeric, peppermint and ginger, etc, which adds to its value.I would like to think the enzymes are all naturally derived and not chemically produced. However, ingredients like betaine hydrochloride can be both naturally-occurring and man-made so it’s difficult to determine what’s used here. Anyway, whatever, they’ll likely still have beneficial effects. I’m not sure about the maltodextrin though, which in larger quantities can cause blood sugar spikes. However, here it’s in smaller quantities so should be okay, but may be something to watch out for if consuming other supplements or foods with it in at the same time. Other than that opinion varies about it’s ultimate safety, with some studies suggesting negatives and other positives.I think the supplement has value but I would like to know if all the enzymes are definitely naturally-derived and would prefer to see the omission of the maltodextrin. As the supplement is currently unavailable I can’t comment if it’s good value or not.I personally still prefer to get my digestive enzymes from a good all-round balanced and healthy diet, but I do see the value of supplementing like this. I might not want to take this all the time, but it’ll have its place on occasion.

I would say this more of a holistic approach to digestive aids.None of the ingredients are known to help, medically.I say this in case you cannot eat certain foods, this may not be the answer for you.
