These reviews are not real. I bought 1 for s24 ultra recently and everything works fine but just 1 integral part of my phone, supersonic fingerprint sensor.Fingerprint sensor is almost useless. Based on my tests of over 100 attempts only 11 went through. This is 10% success rate which is ridiculous. Installation has been done professional, there are no bubbles or dust in it, just that 1 hardware has stopped working almost 90% of the times I try to use it.DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IF YOU VALUE UNLOCKING USING FINGERPRINT LIKE ME.

1) The customer service is really great and helpful! When I first got the screen guard, I initially struggled to apply resulting in bubbles and dust particles inside the glass. I was sad, and reached out to their customer support on WhatsApp for help, they were very friendly and understanding and asked me for few pics as proof after I explained them the situation. They issued a replacement within few days at no additional cost. I'm really grateful and thankful for their good and understanding customer service.2) After 8 months of use:- No scratches - despite carrying my phone with my keys in pocket.- Durable - I accidently dropped my phone a couple of times and Not a single crack is there.- Premium quality and feel: I'm really impressed by quality & feel, It looks premium and polished compared to other.- Works seemlessly with fingerprint sensor, I never had any issue unlocking it with fingerprint. - (At first you need to setup fingerprint after the screen protector is applied)It's rare to find such a great product with such amazing customer service, I would Highly recommend! Also always get screen protector applied by someone experienced to avoid any issue.

Fingerprint is not compatible, even after 4 days of application the fingerprint is not working. Even re-registered the finger print, same issue.Though the screen guard is of good quality, no bubbles, easy to apply.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY...VERY IMPORTANT!The first time the product was delivered, it formed bubbles after applying. But it was not necessarily the product's fault as the moment I removed the screen guard from it's protective layer and the adhesive sticky part became exposed to air, dust particles started sticking to it and hence it formed bubbles after applying on places where there were dust particles between the mobile screen and this screen guard...so you need to be very carefully while applying and place the guard near screen and apply as soon as possible after fitting it properly on all sides. (For inexperienced people, They should write proper instructions in detail with images/illustrations to show how exactly to apply it properly.)NOW COMES THE BEST PART...As after forming bubbles and dust stuck on screen guard, it could not be used again. They had given 100% guarantee if not satisfied with the product, so I contacted them on their WhatsApp Customer Support Number with this issue...to which they responded within 24 hours, and after asking some questions and seeing the pic of the bubbles formed on screen, they IMMEDIATELY confirmed my replacement and told me that they've sent the replacememt and gave me its tracking ID as well. I was very happy to receive the new screen guard free of cost within a few days! The product was genuine and seal packed new item. This time I took extra precaution and it fitted perfectly on my screen without any issue and bubbles! Its been more than a week and it looks very good on my phone, is tough enough to resist minor scratches, and unlike other guards, the touch screen feels buttery smooth as if there is nothing applied on screen. Its definitely worth the price. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT AND THEIR EXCELLENT POST-SALE SERVICE DUE TO WHICH I DID NOT LOOSE MY VALUABLE MONEY!

Product is good with according to price. Can remove and reapply screen guard 4-5 times if not properly applied or bubble formed. Proper packaging was not observed during receiving delivery as it should be done appropriately as amazon takes separate charges for delivery.
