Lots of reviews across the spectrum good/bad for this. Personally , it arrived on time, was easy to fit, and lit up as I expected it to. Does it work? Well, it takes a while in operation before the effects are noticeable (I'm warned) so I will find out over the next few months, hence the headline.

Firstly I suspected that this item was a scam, so I bought one to check it out. It is supposed to communicate with the CAN Bus on a car fitted with an on board diagnostic socket (OBD). Checked using a CAN Bus simulator I found no communication whatsoever with the CAN Bus. As the item isn't a sealed unit I popped off the cover and guess what - The pins that talk to the Bus ( CAN Bus High & CAN Bus Low) are not even connected. The unit appears to be just a simple LED flasher (there are 3 inside which randomly flash). Subsequently I looked on the net for reviews and found many videos confirming my findings - It isn't what it purports to be. Don't bother to buy one. If you do and it seems to work, then great, but I 'm pretty sure it's just wishful thinking.

Fitted to vehicle and monitored over a three week period and all I can say is that it’s a con as there was no benefit to be found having travelled over 2000 miles since the item was installed.OVERALL RATING ZERO
