Very handy for my wash down hose system I added to my boat. Love the quick connect. Seems like it will last and doesn't leak no noticeable loss of pressure.

For the longest time, I've looked for a surface mounted hose bib for my elevated deck. I didn't want to constantly go under my deck to turn the water supply on/off. I came across this item and decided to give it a try. The fit was perfect, just make sure you cut the right size hole using a hole saw. I haven't noticed any leakage since using it. I tend to remove the hose when I'm not using it since it's a simple twist on/off. It functions perfectly and I haven't noticed any drop in pressure when connecting to my pressure washer.

What a great product. Not only is is super easy to install, but it looks amazing. I was trying to find the perfect application for my boat setup, never thinking I would find exactly what I was looking for, but I was happily surprised when I came across this product. This is exactly what I was looking for. I love how it doesn't need a spicket to turn on the water. Once I hook up my hose I am ready to use it. It has a super sleek and incognito finish, You can barely even tell it is there, and now nobody will hit into it and potentially break it, since I have limited room on my boat. Overall this is a great product and I highly recommend it.

10 years ago we built a deck for our hot a over the only faucet on that side of the house. But I was clever enough to put a door on the deck so the faucet could be reached!! Unfortunately, the faucet was a good three feet below the deck. So, to turn on the faucet, I had to lie on my belly and strain to just barely reach the turning device to turn the water on and off. I tried to rig up some pipes to the top of the deck, but nothing worked. So, this enigma continued to bug me all these years and, as I'm in my early 80s now, it became increasingly "more fun". One day I asked my plumber for his suggestion, and he gave me a bid for $400+ to install this exact system. I thanked him, searched Amazon and did it all for less than $100!! All I needed was this hydrant, a 6-foot heavy duty hose and a fitting to adapt to a standard hose size. I couldn't be happier. Problem was, 10 years ago, I didn't know what to look for. Now I do.

This is the perfect solution for adding a hose connection on our deck. Easy install and it just works as you'd expect. Quality materials and finish. A little spendy, but worth it.
