The best price for a unit to replace the more expensive sharp model that quit working on us. We can see no difference in performance and they look identical so happy to buy it and save several hundred dollars.

Super happy with this! Remodeled our kitchen and added it as a 2nd oven, as well as microwave. Love it! looks great and works well. 1st one arrived damaged from shipper, but returned it for refund and re-ordered. It's installed now and we are using it a bunch. I was unsure about the metal rack in the microwave - but since we use it as a microwave more often than an oven, we are storing the metal rack in our cookie tray cabinet and only putting it in when we want to use the convection feature. We use the microwave daily. The only thing different from a conventional microwave is the door opens like an oven, so it was slightly challenging to lift out a heavy dish, since we installed it fairly high in our cabinets, perhaps if it was installed lower, it would be easier, but we are tall, so it's not a deal breaker for us. I would recommend this! Have never heard of Koolmore, but after researching, it's a commercial brand, commonly use in restaurants, so this was good news as well. Real pleased with the purchase!

Buttons are easy to push. Easy to use. I'm happy with it so far. (1 month) I just don't like the popcorn button only pops half of the popcorn in a popcorn maker, if I cook it longer it burns the popcorn. It pops the microwave bag popcorn fine. Popcorn tastes a little stale compared to my last microwave. ? The sharp microwave cooks the popcorn perfectly, but the buttons became a little harder to press and were smaller.

The 24in/1.6 Cu.Ft. microwave I ordered was advertised as 120V in the product description, but the unit I received has a Chinese three-prong standard plug (GB2099), commonly used for electrical appliances in mainland China. Its features include:Two flat prongs arranged in a V-shape (as opposed to the parallel prongs in U.S. plugs).A round grounding prong in the center, which is thicker and more centrally located than the U.S. standard.It typically supports 220V at 50Hz.This type of plug and voltage standard is not compatible with U.S. outlets (which use 120V / 60Hz, Type A/B plugs). Attempting to use it without proper adaptation may result in damage to the appliance or pose safety risks.

Renovating our kitchen and when we decided to change out the microwave - we shopped around A LOT! We were nervous about purchasing a high ticket item online. After much debate, we finally decided for the Koolmore. My were we surprised when we installed it.It is sleek & beautiful & the power is phenomenal. Easy to use with nice wide labels & buttons. So easy to clean - definitely a five star purchase.
