Making life liveable again
Seriously, it’s Day 1 with this and I love it so much that I’ve told a bunch of people. It’s currently a bajillion degrees in Los Angeles and I’ve been putting off outdoor chores for weeks, hoping for a cooldown that will never happen. I was cleaning my hotbox of a garage for 45 minutes today wearing this and didn’t even sweat. Great price, love the tan color. Considering venturing into the world again before October!Con: It catches my baby hairs inside it, but to stay cool, it can have them.

Not as light nor as quite as I hoped
1. Airflow: The product blows air directly into your face and into your eyes. Definitely cools down your face, but with a constant blow of air directly into your eyes, there is a chance that eyes can become dry. The product is advertised as 3D Air Supply, but the air blow is very directional; right into your face and face only. I recommend inverting the opening of the air ducts so that they face your body, not your face. This may not keep your face cool, but your upper body is kept cool because the air is now blowing toward the artery and vein in your neck and shoulder.2. Comfort: The product is advertised as "relieves pressure feeling", but I definitely felt the weight of the product around my neck. I have not tried other brands or other models of the same brand, so I cannot make the comparison. However, I was hoping that the product would feel light, almost unnoticeable. After wearing it for 10-20 minutes, I became more comfortable with the product, however, I still felt that I had a yoke around my neck.3. Noise: The product is definitely noisy. The product was never advertised as silent or noiseless, so there is no false advertisement. However, I was hoping it would be more quite. The noise level is high enough even at the lowest setting and I was bothered by it. A good example is that when you turn this product on at the lowest setting in the church service, people around you will be bothered by the noise. If you invert the opening of the air ducts, you will be less bothered by the noise. However, the overall noise level is not reduced, so people around you may be bothered by it.4. Battery life: I have not used the product long enough to fully test the battery life. Conclusion: If you are in a setting where constant air blowing to your face is necessary to keep you cool, this product is good enough. With my suggestion of using the product upside down, the product definitely keeps your upper body cool. However, I don't think this product is worth $50.99. I recommend against buying this product if you are paying the full amount.

Good unit, could be great with some tweaks!
So far so happy. Glad I went with this one over the 100 others on Amazon. I like the color. And the design is pretty nice too. It looks cool to me. It kinda blends in a bit with my skin tone and work uniform. It does take a while to charge. I'd say 4-5hrs. While the battery only lasts 4-5 hrs. Not the work whole day unfortunately. I switch between modes often depending on my breeze needs. Even the low setting gives a good breeze. It's surprisingly powerful. Moreso than I anticipated. I love that it has a USB-C port as all electronics should. There's two buttons. A main button for on/off and changing between the three modes. And a second button to turn on the back of neck fan? I honestly cannot tell if the second button is even doing anything. I don't feel a difference or hear a difference in terms of wind noise.PROS: Powerful, looks cool, makes you cool, USB-C, seems durable, comes with USB cable. Good value at the $21 price point.CONS: Charging time vs battery life isnt great, it's now double the price I paid ($21.50 vs $42.99), no battery life indicator/%screen. Second button doesn't make sense.

Didn't know I needed this!
I'm so happy with this neck fan; hoping that it will last awhile! It's compact, very solid feeling, but doesn't feel heavy on the neck. (It's slightly heavier than the old model.) As of 6/1/22, this is the latest model: model #FA35 Pro with a polymer li-ion 4000mAh battery. The prior model was #FA35 with a 4500mAh lithium ion battery. I think this upgrade is definitely worth it; the way the back of the fan is shaped allows it sit on the neck more comfortably than the prior model. This one also feels more balanced on; I don't feel like it's going to slip off backwards like the older one.I also really like the brown color. The grey is a cool toned color while the brown is more neutral warm toned. I would actually call it a very light beige, perfect shade. Both colors are great but the beige blends in more and doesn't stick out so much. The side fan outputs are the same as the old model with 3 speeds and one super strong speed. This new model has additional back vents which you can turn on with a separate button. Love this feature since the back of my neck tends to get sweaty. Pleased with this purchase so far.Grey (left one) is the prior model, beige (right one) is the latest model.

Works good when fully charged.
A bit pricy but the air flow is adequate and very cool from both sides and three speeds.

Product breaks easily. Battery life is short.

It was good, until it wasn't.
When I first received the fan, I thought it worked really well and was fairly quiet. I liked the varying fan speeds on the sides, as well as being able to turn on or off the neck fan. The battery life seem to last so long, I was impressed. So here's what happened after a short period of time. Even though I wore my hair up, the fan would catch the baby hair on the back of my neck. Sometimes the sides fans as well. When the battery died, pre-charged when I received it in the mail, it never seemed to hold the same lasting charge. That was disappointing. Also, I'm active on my feet at work, meaning I do some walking around, as well as light bending and lifting. At times, I'm having to reposition the fan because it has become lopsided where one end is almost under my neck and the other end is nearly sitting on shoulder. Then, at some point, unbeknownst to me when or how it happened, the left arm of the fan broke. Picture #2 shows the break. I wish the fan had worked out, but I'm sadly disappointed.
