I purchased the Xaperture Polyester Sling Camera Strap hoping for a comfortable and reliable solution for carrying my SLR/DSLR camera. While the strap itself is comfortable and well-designed, the overall experience has been marred by some critical issues.Pros:Comfortable Design: The strap is padded and comfortable, making it easy to carry the camera for extended periods without causing discomfort.Cons:Unreliable Hooks: One of the major drawbacks of this product is the unreliability of the hooks provided. They have a tendency to open with minimal pressure, putting your camera at risk. This flaw in design compromises the security of your expensive equipment.Tripod Collar Mount Issues: The mount attached to the tripod collar is another weak point in the design. It does not secure tightly, leading to a clockwise rotation with slight movements while carrying the camera on the shoulder. This constant loosening poses a serious risk to your camera's stability.Camera Safety Concerns: The most concerning aspect is the failure of the hook attached to the camera. Yesterday, my camera fell and the lens hood broke completely. This incident occurred due to the hook opening unexpectedly, resulting in a heartbreaking experience. A 1.5-month-old camera falling due to a strap failure is unacceptable and indicates poor manufacturing.

Its of an okay quality material and the connectors are strong. Does the job for the price. But not upto the mark of Peak Design. As for this price, It is useful and “okay”. I’m using EOS R and it holds it really well.

It is good but not as good as peak design. Of course PD is expensive.

Product is with poor quality, clips used are very cheap plastic. Strap quality is also not good. Doesn’t worth your 1k
