I bought this ottoman in 2018, then another for my mom because she loved mine so much. Very sturdy yet nicely padded for kids to play around and the the storage is huge! My house is fairly small so having a place to store extra pillows, blankets and 2 queen size blow-up mattresses is very convenient. The reason I’m leaving a review now though is for the amazing customer service. Mind you I’ve had this ottoman for 2 years and we are tough on it. So when it got a rip in the upholstery I emailed the company to see if they would honor the lower price I paid for this item 2 years ago. Guess what!? They emailed me back saying they were shipping me a completely new ottoman at no cost and I could discard the defective one once the new one came in. I was so happy and shocked because I didn’t buy a warranty for the ottoman and never expected them to just ship me a new one. Anyway, with kids the small rip in the ottoman has turned into a large rip but now we have this beautiful new ottoman and I’m so pleased with the quality and customer service! You will not regret this purchase :)

Super happy with this ottoman. The storage is huge, can hold several large throw blankets plus pillows and more. Don't expect the finish to feel anything like real leather, it's very much a plasticky vinyly surface no matter what they call it. But that's nice for wipe-clean performance and keeps the price very low which we loved. The surface is firm and flat enough to eat off of and set drinks on, just avoid the edges and the four buttonhole depressions. It's also a perfect size for kids to play Monopoly on.Our first unit had a minor assembly error (the lid was not centered) and the vendor was super responsive. They sent us a replacement in a couple days, and paid to haul the other away from my front porch, no hassles and no questions asked.

My daughter has a large sectional and it looks and fits on great. Lots of blanket storage inside.

Storage inside is a huge plus. Nice look. Good value.

This ottoman was perfect for our living room: A functional design that also looks great. The espresso finish is a deep brown - no red or orange notes. The sheen is more of a matte finish, not shiney plastic. The hydraulic hinge system makes it easy to open. The lid stays up on its own and a gentle push lowers it down without slamming on your fingers. For storage purposes, we have a mix of about 10 blankets and throws in it with room to spare. The ottoman has a versatile look - dress it up or dress it down. Our kids "hood-slide" across it daily and there are no scratches so far. Stitching is quality inside and out. It arrived completely assembled.

The ottoman that came with our sectional had zero padding on the top, so we changed it out for this more padded, stylish and functional one, the only thing we are saying now is why didn’t we do this sooner! It can hold tons of games and is so much softer on our legs, plus it looks great!
