Taste and smell awful strong. They don’t work. Been taking them for weeks and I’m still as hungry, still as bloated and I’m taking the recommended 3 a day with food. Waste of money. These apple cider vinegar capsules with mother are really good, I have tried ACV capsules from other manufactures that don't include the mother but they don't seem as affective as these good quality capsules and with no after taste I do recommend these ACVs to anyone needing a little bit of help in that department.
