Missing parts and quality is not good...also the packaging was damaged

We have been using it with balloons for baby shower. It’s worked perfectly even we had a wind which we’re trying to get balloons to fly. The ring were secured with a few strings to the tree. We had amazing pictures taken with it. Now we can use it for many different occasions.
