Durable
My son breaks every phone he has ever had. I got him this phone through AT&T in 2021 it lasted until recently so almost 2 years. He has dropped it, took it down a water slide, ran it over and so much more. When it finally did break I came to Amazon to find him another and bought this one. This is truly an amazing phone for those who really destroy their phones.

Solid phone with solid seller!
Ordered Friday and got tuesday every works as it should and looks new! Bought to replace my broken phone "same model" so already have all the factory stuff, 2 batteries and charging station. Came with a new non Samsung battery but seems to work just fine!if you're replacing it's a no brainer!!!

Great Phone, Junk Aftermarket Battery
Field-Pro was used but mint condition, The new aftermarket battery is junk, holds a charge like very very used original Samsung battery, This review is after using phone for over a year and the phone itself still works like new, would rather had the original used battery or two of the cheapo aftermarket.

Inaccurate description, specs are for the European model
Edit 10/11/2022: Ok, so even after adjusting the APN settings the Xcover Fieldpro is mostly incompatible with T-Mobile's network. I can't make calls on T-Mobile's network with this phone, but for some reason the data works just fine. Texts occasionally come through between 10-40 minutes after the text is made. T-Mobile's website lists the Xcover Fieldpro as incompatible when entering the IMEI number, so does Verizon and Visible. So while the Xcover fieldpro is "unlocked", it is not compatible with most networks. So unless you intend to use this phone with AT&T you're basically screwed. Which is a shame because this is an amazing phone even if it's stuck on android 9.0.Edit 10/07/2022: After spending a few days with the phone and trying out different carriers I can say this phone apparently is unlocked as it works with T-Mobile. I'm having issues getting it to work with Visible(Verizon network). I've double checked the unlocker app that comes with the phone and it says the phone is unlocked as well. So, some bad news to come with the good news. This phone is not dual sim, it's a single sim as this is the version for the American market. The European model is dual sim and ships with android 10, which is weird that the page lists the European model's specs for the American model that is actually sold. When inspecting the sim slots one of the sim slots appears to have a piece of plastic glued in place over the second sim slot, was probably cheaper to just block the slot rather than have the factory tool two separate models. I wouldn't suggest removing it as it may damage the PCB that it's glued to. Besides I wouldn't be surprised if there's something in the software locking the second sim card anyways. Which would explain why the bootloader is locked, to prevent the end-user from utilizing the second sim slot by flashing the phone.Anyhow I'll update this review again after a week or so of use.[old review]This phone is not unlocked, it can only be used on AT&T's network. Also does NOT run on android 10 but rather android 9.0 even after being fully updated. To make matters worse the bootloader is locked meaning you can't force flash the phone to newer versions of android. If you want the same features that fieldpro has(removable battery, micro sd card, ruggedness) you're better off looking at other Xcover models, as the fieldpro version has been abandoned by Samsung.

Worst Samsung phone ever
This phone has got to be the worst phone Samsung ever made. It does not accept the SmartThings application, which is made by SAMSUNG. How can a Samsung phone not accept a Samsung application? The side buttons are not programmable to anything other than a PTT application, which makes them essentially useless unless you use an app like that. They protrude out very far and are always getting clicked and forcing open the PTT application that you choose. The camera quality is about the same as a Nokia 7650... For the price, this thing isn't even worth the materials it was made out of.
