To start off with I had high hopes for this product, the 6inch blue glowsticks GlowWithUs sells are excellent. This product is still glowing bright enough to be a bright marker and i cracked it at 2:04 pm yesterday and now it is 4:36pm the next day so 26 hours and 32 minutes. Suprisingly the 6inch glowstick by this company gave up before this 12 inch product did and the 6in started off brighter. great glowsticks lots of fun and I enjoy the big size and longevity. The ONLY reason I will not buy these again is the glow from the start pales in comparison to it's 6inch counterpart. but for longevity of lume and cool factor of being such a beefy glowstick it gets 5 stars from me !

These definitely didn’t last for 12hrs. More like 6. They were, however, the size they said they were and the color I ordered, sooo overall totally fine.

These are the size of three regular light sticks laid end-to-end which is pretty neat. It does mean they won't stand up on end like regular light sticks will though, which is a minor drawback. This makes them more prone to rolling around.Great signaling / lighting wand though.

I purchased the reds. I tested one of them out in a dark room. I snapped, cracked and shook it properly. I timed how long the brightness would last… about 3 hours until they started to slowly dim. Although the dim red color last 24 hours. Maybe I will try the yellow and greens next time. I am using these for emergency purposes such as brown/black outs and road side emergency lights for other motorists to visualize me from a safer distance.

Mine barely glowed. If you had tried to use this to navigate in the dark, you'd get about 6-8 inches of light before it would be too dim to see a surface. I immediately replaced this purchase with one listed as US made competitor, and received a product VASTLY times superior for an extra ~$1 per stick. The sticks I received were instant landfill - NOT HAPPY IN ANY WAY.The pictures show both size varieties that both came from the seller: Glow With Us.I'll be posting a similar review for the other item in the picture.**IMPORTANT NOTE** Both pictures were taken days after receipt with items being held at room temp for days (72-74F) BEFORE activating the group (3 large red, 1 small orange), with picture taken with 5-10 mins of 1st stick activation... This should have been their best performance period (after ~60 seconds of shaking activation/mixing compounds). I mention this due to the item listed as having a 3yr shelf life & for emergency events. If your life relied on this, you would be dead. Thankfully: I tried before I relied on.

Big hit on a kids camping trip! And a big hit again at my sons Star Wars themed birthday party... perfect lightsabers. The glowsticks lasted way longer than expected too. Still glowing 24 hours later, maybe not as vibrant. But boy these are fantastic and durable (they battled with them alot).

1 of 10 broken… all fade significantly after 45-90 minutes to the point they didn’t even make good nightlights during a power outage after 3 hours of activation(used 4 glow sticks to make sure). Giving 3 stars because there purple and I’m not seeing any other quality purple glow sticks on all of Amazon! Might buy again for the price but wish they’d improve there quality. {in photo - brightest to most dim - 4 minutes after activation, 80 minutes, 4 hours.}
