Perfect Tea Every Time!
This tea maker has completely changed the way I brew tea at home. The Razorri Electric Tea Maker is not only beautiful with its glass and stainless steel design, but also super functional. I love that it has presets for different types of tea — now I don’t have to guess the right temperature or time. The automatic infuser is a game changer. It gently dips the tea leaves into the water and removes them at the right moment, so the flavor is always just right — never too strong or too weak. I also appreciate the “Keep Warm” function and the delayed start feature, which makes mornings so much easier.

Very versatile tea pot.
Great tea pot. Fun to watch it steep the tea. Works with or without the basket to make tea or just hot water. Fun to watch the tea infuse. Lots of flexibility for temperature and steep times so you can make tea or hot water just the way you want it. The connection doesn’t seem to fragile and should last a while. If you are brewing a pot of tea the capacity is reduced to 34oz. If you are making hot water the capacity is greater. The container is clearly marked so it should be easy enough to figure out. Probably a knock off of the much more expensive Breville but may be on par with it. Quality may not be as high as a Breville either but it’s a third of the price…

Is the Razorri tea maker worth to buy?
Recently I bought the Electric tea maker kettle with a smart basket. My Breville's heating element broke after 10 years. Breville kettle is more expensive now due the inflation, therefore I looked for alternatives. This kettle looked a very similar to Breville's one, but twice cheaper, so I decided to give it a try.DifferencesThe following differences I observed:Bowl itself is lighter. I do not know how it affects its durability, but a usability is better for the reasonMarks of a water levels are better visible, since not covered by the handleThe kettle lid contains of two parts, this design is questionable for meThe tea basket looks a bit different, and the pulling ring attached differently. Probably this design is more practicalSliding the basket is faster but noisierBringing a water to boil requires less timeThe base looks a very similar, however there are differences:- total number of buttons is less, but the functionality added as a delay start- display a bit brighter, but has a cheaper look- the base is signaling when the bowl is removed or placed- less efforts required to insert or remove the bowl- buttons itself look slightly cheaperTea qualityIt's affected by a quality of plastic, since plastic parts going in boiled water and their smell affect the tea taste. I hope that the smell will go away after some. The maker also continues heating if a temperature dropped during the brewing time. The previous kettle didn't have the feature. I also hope the the maker will last for at least 5 years. So far the kettle looks like a good alternative to Breville one.Update after 2 monthsSome strange thing happened, however it seems is recovering.

Razorri- the best Temperature Controlled Tea Maker
The Razorri Tea Maker is an easy way to enjoy your daily brewed tea at the recommended temperature for your favorite tea. I love this tea maker! Easy to use, clean and has all the features that another tea maker has that cost 3 times as much. In other words, it is an excellent value. Best yet, if you have questions, their customer service is wonderful. They are very prompt answering all questions and correcting problems. In addition, their follow -up is more than expected. 5 stars to their team and product.Gwen

Way overpriced
A big reason why I bought this was for the automatic features.Turns out, they don't work. You can set the "delayed start" feature on this, and after an hour it just turns itself off, so if you're setting it up to have it auto brew in the morning, forget it. It's worthless.

Outstanding service!
I purchased this tea maker after my other one that I had for a number of years finally went. I purchased this because of a good price and good reviews. About 6 months in I started having difficulty with the buttons sticking. I reached out directly to the manufacturer for assistance and worked with a representative named April who was incredibly helpful, sympathetic and immediately sent me a replacement teapot. I could not be happier with the service that she provided and giving a good review is the least I can do for all of her help.

Good item
I've had this for about 7 weeks and used it maybe 100 times. So far no real problems. The bottom of the pot stays discolored. Another reviewer posted a picture of it and mine looks the same. It can be cleaned off, but I usually don't bother and just rinse all the parts after use. The smell from some teas, such as peppermint tea, can linger on the top ring without full cleaning, but it doesn't affect the taste. A full cleaning requires filling the pot with vinegar and water and leaving it overnight. It works just as well for loose leaf or tea bags, in my experience. The minimum water level for tea is 17 oz, which is annoying since most recommended brewing methods for tea bags or loose leaf tea are for 8 oz of water. Also at 17 oz loose leaf tea will inflate until it is probably over the water line since the basket doesn't go all the way down. That said I haven't noticed any problems with that. I usually do 20 oz of water at a time, which isn't far above the minimum water line, and it seems to work fine. The keep warm function only goes for 30 minutes at 140 degrees max. If you start at a higher temp it will keep it at 140.One thing that maybe isn't obvious is that the temperature is maintained during the infusion process, at least somewhat. I know because it will start boiling again sometimes while infusing. So using this machine is a slightly different infusion process than a pour-over. I don't know if it makes any difference in the end.I payed a total of 125 for this machine and a 4-year protection plan. I think this is a knock-off of a machine that costs 2 or 3 times as much, but I don't see how that other machine is worth so much more. This seems to be well built and so far has worked just fine.
