Love the taste!
I have really enjoyed this line of adaptogen drinks. I like having a variety because you don’t get sick of the same thing every night.

Wanted to like it...but no
I wanted to like this. NA, sparkling, small company, women owned. And nope. Flavour is lacking, sparkle is odd and the price point is outrageous. I can buy Three Spirits bottles for better price point and get sparkles with mixers.FYI: the flavour is lacking. I like the "earthy" flavour of other adaptogen beverages so my review has nothing to do with that. In fact, the only flavour I received *was* the earthiness. There are better NA and adaptogen beverages out there.

De Soi is a Very Expensive, Very Carbonated Mishmash of Juices and Extractions!
I love the taste of sweet, fruity wine. Unfortunately, as my body ages, I can't tolerate the alcohol as much as I once did. Therefore, I am always looking for a good non-alcoholic wine. I was excited for an opportunity to review the De Soi Can Variety Pack. I received a twelve-pack of twelve-ounce cans consisting of three flavors with bizarre names: Purple Lune, Champignon Dreams, and Golden Hour.Purple Lune was my favorite. It has a strong berry flavor that is wildly unique. It contains 46% juice and seventy calories. My least favorite was Golden Hour. It has a strong lemon-lime taste that was not as palatable as the other flavors. Also, its scent was slightly offensive. It contains 37% juice and fifty calories. I would be happy if I didn't have to drink this flavor ever again. I don't associate a lemon flavor with a wine or aperitif. An aperitif is an alcoholic drink that you consume before a meal; it is a type of alcoholic appetizer. Personally, I like to drink these exotic sodas when they are very cold and I am very hot. I have sipped on them when I was relaxing while watching a suspenseful film or reading a tantalizing mystery. The Champignon Dreams was almost as good as the Purple Lune. It has a strong grapefruit taste. It contains 48% juice and sixty calories. I was surprised by how much real fruit juice each of these flavors contains. Each one is loaded with a mishmash of juices and extracts. For me, each one was like a painting that is described as "too busy." Also, each can is only eight-ounces. They are small cans, but they contain a lot of calories. These are definitely not diet sodas. They are not good to consume if you are on a low-calorie diet. However, I believe thy are more nutritious than a diet soda--one that contains aspartame or sucralose.According to the Nutrition Facts table, each flavor has a ton of ingredients. This is why the twelve pack is expensive. ($83.00 at the time of this review). In the future, the only flavor I would purchase would be the Purple Lune, and it would have to be at a reduced price. I can't afford $83.00 (at the time of this review) for a twelve-pack. If it had only been Purple Lune, I may have given this product a higher rating. However, the packaging was bad. The company's cardboard box containing the twelve-pack was very flimsy. I am surprised none of the cans were damaged during S&H.Each can has a BOD (Born on Date) of either 05/26/22 or 05/27/22. There is no expiration date or best before date. I would assume this product is still good within one year after it was "born." I don't know. Overall, because of the incredible expense, lack of three good flavors, poor packaging, and the absence of an expiration date or best before date, I cannot recommend the De Soi Can Variety Pack to anyone who enjoys drinking non-alcoholic wine and/or aperitif.

Probably depends on your taste buds and expectations.
To the person who said the purple lune tasted like “moldy flat coke.” Spot on! I totally agree. The champignon dreams was fruity and herby. I liked it and I felt more relaxed after drinking it. I’m not a fan of green tea but I thought the golden hour was really nice. It tasted like a nice strong ginger beer. The price is way too steep so I’m not sure I will buy this brand again. Will probably look for another one.

interesting flavors
I love the complex flavors of these, but they are definitely not for everyone. I just think they are way too expensive. Also the serving size for the can is strange. It is 1.5 servings, why not just the whole can?

Taste so bad
I wish I could say these were delicious….I really want a wine alternative, but these are near impossible to choke down. Even when majorly deluted with soda water. It is not an enjoyable experience. I wanted to like these so badly, but they’re just sitting in my fridge. Not sure about the adaptive aspect because I can’t get enough of it down.
