S22 plus, it will never be a top rated Samsung Galaxy, get it if you can't afford an S23.
The phone I ordered was listed as excellent and came with some cosmetic damage around the frame, the front and rear glass was fine and after setting it up and charging it to 100 and running AccuBattery through a full cycle it came in as 85% of the design capacity which exceeds Amazon's criteria of 80%.The battery is almost as bad as my S9 battery for how quickly it discharges and that phone is very old, so I'll be running this phone on locationless power saving mode permanently and using maximum battery protection to keep it from charging over 80%. Honestly Samsung should never have released this line with such a bad battery. The screen is quite a bit larger than my S9 and it not being curved is amazing. Samsung should never have introduced curved screens but... well it happened and I am definitely happy that they went back, although I can't blame misspellings on the poor screen now.Sadly there is no headphone jack or microSD slot as us niche users who adored such technology seemingly don't matter and getting everyone spending money on microtransactions has been the focus for a while now anyway.Tested the camera and it's quite nice, the landscapes of Arrested Development will look like what they actually are, not to mention it's an improvement over the cursed images from the S9 camera I used to use as a "last known photo" generator. Why the resolution of the phone decreased I'll never know but perhaps it's a good thing as the battery can't hold up against a potato. As for using the phone, well I got it working for most things although Duolingo no longer believes I am speaking so there is going to be a bit of faffing about to do.Ideas: The phone functions, it's compatable with something I dunno, the phone does have a brightness slider (weird that was in the ideas list), and the phone weighs about as much as a phone.

Absolute cinema 🙌🗿 I might just wait to buy s30 cause this phone is way to good
I bought this phone back in April 27 2024 and as of today I only have a few minor complains which are that the paint was scratched, and that the charger that was sent was water damaged friking me out, other than that the screen, the battery, sound, and everything was as described It was brand unlocked meaning I can connect with whatever brand I chose except Xfinity but that's their fault saying I need to buy a newer phone to be able to register on their system, not the phones fault just Xfinity being greedy. Connectivity, sound, storage, Bluetooth, system sound quality, ram, side buttons, screen, battery temperature overall, and touch screen was working out of the box as god intended 😂 another problem is that the phone severely overheats playing Warzone and Warthunder mobile but that doesn't take away from the phones overall reliance. Another thing, this phone takes hits like a champ I've dropped it so many times and the only bad thing that happened to it, is the paint slowly getting scratched it's also taken a few swims but the nothing bad happens to it so I guess the water protection is still intact. My recommendation to new buyers is to check the (IMEI) ONLINE YOU CAN GET THE IMEI in the box of the phone or *#06#: Displays the IMEI number. On the phone app and to test the phone #0*#: to Enter the general test mode, allowing you to test various phone functions and download acubattery on the App store to check the battery performance and buy a new charger anything other than 1 hours of charging times is a sin 😆

Everything great, except battery life is pathetic.
I am a Samsung Galaxy person; never really consider other phones. I had a S20+ and only replaced it after three years because the RCS function could not be activated (I bought another S20+ thinking it might be a fluke with my particular phone, but apparently it wasn't) I really really liked the S20+. The refurbished S22+ is very similiar and I enjoy using it except for one important fact: the battery drains incredibly fast. I had it fully charged this morning, used it intermittently for texts, a couple of phone calls and a bit of web browsing. By the time I left work 4 hours later it was down to 60%. Even though I barely used it this afternoon, only texting and 2 phone calls and 30 minutes listening to a youtube video, it is down to 20%. My old S20 would last two days with much more use. I bought the 46W charger, and it does charge fast...but it discharges almost as quickly. A bit disappointed.
