It’s fine there just hard to swallow cause there not vegetable capsules there very dry need tons of water to get down easily

I have poor leg circulation. I took this after reading and rutin and how it helps circulation. I get edema every day and have to take a water pill to maintain leg health. I started taking 2 of these a day and now I am urinating like a normal person without taking water pill. Note my job doesn't give me the convenience of taking water pill because I can't get keep urinating like it makes me. This has been a helpful solution. Taking these on my days off with water pill has my output double of what it normally does and help lose all the retain water that has accumulated. I want to try this with opc from grape seed to see if I can get off water pill all together but opc is expensive unlike this rutin.
