Arrived in very good time. Purchased this item after reading reviews about stability. Well made product, but you can definitely feel movement and stability issues. Which is understandable due to the way the product is made in sections to extend. Purchased the 5m ladder, but won't use at that height due to the movement.

What is Says Easy to carry very sturdy. Just be careful of your fingers reading structions properly.

Have used these telescopic ladders a couple of times to access my loft and so far I can't complain.They feel very sturdy when using them, although I am only using half of the rungs to get into my loft, so cannot comment on how sturdy they are at full stretch. They are also lightweight enough to be able to move them around the house for other odd jobs and I love that they fold down and can be stored away under my bed when not in use.Overall very happy with this product and would definitely recommend them.

Product is very heavy but they are stable

little bit fiddly when extending partly due to weight, but this has to be expected given the length. flexes a bit but it's not a rigid unit so that's to be expected as well. care needed when lowering sections, always follow instructions exactly and take great care as sections drop sharply. big advantage is ease of storage and transport which makes it well worth considering.

We live in a first floor apartment with a small balcony. The gutter above was blocked and overflowing - too high for step ladders and no way of accessing with a conventional ladder. This telescopic ladder was just the job. I opted for steel (rather than aluminium) for maximum strength and stability. They are quite heavy but manageable.Other reviews have complained about trapping of fingers when collapsing the ladder after use. The instructions have clear warnings about this - you just need to take a bit of care as it's quite possible you could break a finger or two. I'll probably only use them once a year to check the gutter but worth the price to know I can always get the job done.
