Really pleased with this purchase
On arrival, the stool was really easy to fit together, came with instructions which were fine. I use this stool in the kitchen due to having arthritis in knees and hips. Its a real game changer! My existing stool was cheaper, but lower than this new one, and gradually the pneumatic lift has deteriorated. This new stool is higher than the old one, even on its lowest setting, and much more sturdy. The seat is extra comfy. It moves around very easily and having a galley kitchen lets me move easily from one end to the other! As with all such items on castors, be careful when you sit on it so that the stool doesnt shoot away from you.Would not hesitate to buy this product again. I will probably get another one when my craft room is ready as it is much more compact than an office chair in a limited space.Arrived quickly with no issues. No tools needed for self assembly.

Very comfortable & sturdy!
I'm sitting on this stool for hours every day in my studio, teaching private music lessons. It's very sturdy and comfortable. It's a huge improvement on a cheaper one that I had previously been using. This stool arrived quickly and was extremely quick and easy to assemble. Nice 👌

Good
Bought this for use with my telescope. It’s easy to put together as it comes in just 3 bits. Easily takes my weight and I am a lump and seems quite rugged. Can’t complain for the money. Gas strut works well and quite a range in height available.

Excellent 'bar' stool on wheels.
I needed something manouveble that would allow me to sit whilst preparing meals at a kitchen worktop. The height of this is ideal. It is well made and is easy to put together. The seat is comfortable. The foot rest stays in place at its lowest position which is OK for me - the fitting to make go it higher is not adequate enough if you wanted to have this securely in place for an adult - the foot rest just goes back down to the bottom when in use -it might be OK if you wanted it for children to rest their feet on as they would not press down so hard.

Description a lie
This item is stated as 'heavy-duty sturdy metal base and structured screw allows weight capacity high to 400lbs' this is clearly not true! We've had it a couple of weeks and 2 legs have badly bent!! Trying to sort a return is a joke, packaging and instructions binned but now need to work out how to dismantle it and find a box that fits!! Bought for a disabled relative who is nowhere near 400lbs - not happy as her previous stool has been dumped and now she has nothing to help her in the kitchen until we get a refund and can buy a different one!

great disabled aid!
I love this stool so much I bought a second.Works amazingly for use in my kitchen, smaller than my wheelchair and easy to manuver, gives me back some freedom of movement in smaller spaces.very sturdy, smooth roller movement and adjustable.

Protected against explosion - which is nice.
This stool looks good, especially for its cost. The metal parts are well finished and the plastic castors look up to their job. The light grey vinyl seat covering looks quite good too. The seat is firm but comfortable. Because the seat is quite deep, it will need to remain firm over time if it is not to start looking saggy. The stool swivels and skates very easily over my tiled kitchen floor but it never feels unstable. It's so easily moved about that it's never in the way. As shown in one of the diagrams, the seat has anti-explosion protection - not something I was aware of needing, but given any risk at all down there, reassuring to have.
