I am a color & henna treated natural girlie with 3c/4a hair. On top of that, I wear my hair in its curly state probably 80% of the year, so having moisturizing products is A MUST for me! And not all moisturizing products are created equal.Last year, I noticed my hair was dry (Brillo pad) and thus breaking off and I needed to fix that asap. And since Brazilian products have worked the best at keeping my hair moisturized, frizz free and elongated, I did some research and came across several videos about this brand. So I don’t give it a second thought to give this a try.I bought this product a year ago and first tried it as a styler for a wash n go. While my curls were so defined, my hair was soooooooo flakey, I looked crazy lol. Long story short that was probably due to user error and my hair not being wet enough. So I didn’t try it again until recently as it’s just been in my shower staring at me. So I gave it another shot, this time as a deep conditioner and baybeeeeeee I was sold. My hair was so soft and moisturized, 10 out of 10. No notes. Don’t be afraid to try it a second or third time if it doesn’t wow you the first time. You get a lot of product for your coin so try it!

Finally a product that works, I have curly hair but for a few years I've been doing a keratin treatment and so now I've decided to bring my curls back and it hasnt been easy at all. I have thin curly hair, like a lot and everytime I use a curling product it makes my hair feels disgusting. The first time I used this product, my curls were looking so dang good, that I was amazed and didnt even had to use a bunch, even the parts of my hair that were not curling, well looked incredible. Im really happy a gave this a try, do it you wont regret it.

It feels very light in my hair, both times when I had locs and now with a bleach blond buzz cut. It makes my curls pop when I do grow out my hair and leaves it feeling soft and moisturized, even with bleach blond hair. I will say I also mix a little in my bleach when I do touch ups and to me I see a difference in my hair when I use it vs when I don't put it in my bleach. You get a lot of product for a cheap price, which is really good if you're balling on a budget. It smells very nice too. It is also compatible with a lot of my hair products when I like to mold my hair or do comb waves, I use gorilla snot gel in my hair which works very well with this skala and I don't have to worry about excessive product buildup or it turning white when it dries. Definitely a repurchase when I run out.

I bought this SKALA treatment cream primarily for my teenage daughter who has 3b curly hair, and it’s been a solid addition to our hair care routine. The most immediate thing you notice is the incredible smell - both my daughter and I absolutely love the passion fruit and pataua oil fragrance. It’s not overpowering but definitely pleasant and tropical.For my daughter’s hair type, this cream works really well for detangling, which is always a challenge with curly hair. She finds the texture smooth and easy to work with, and it definitely helps make her hair more manageable during styling. While she’s not entirely sure about how it affects the stretch and length of her individual curls or maintains her curl pattern long-term, she does love how it makes her ponytails look - they come out looking polished and well-defined.The treatment keeps hair soft and shiny without that heavy, crunchy feeling you sometimes get with other curl products. It provides good moisture, which is essential for curly hair, and when she does blow-dry (occasionally), her hair feels amazing afterward.From a parent’s perspective, the value proposition here is outstanding. The 1kg tub is absolutely massive compared to other brands at this price point - easily three to four times larger than typical hair treatments. This is especially important in our household because my daughter tends to be generous with product application (as many teenagers are). With this size, I’m not constantly worried about running out or the cost adding up.She uses it alongside other products from the SKALA line and finds it works well as part of her overall routine. For the price and quantity, this is definitely a winner, especially if you have someone in your household who goes through hair products quickly. This comes with a lot of product in a big container for the price that it’s at. You don’t need a lot of it on your hair because too much can weigh down your curls, but if you use the right amount for your specific hair type it leaves the most beautiful curls , works amazing with my hair and leaves them so soft. I absolutely love it

Skala is great. I mixed and I ran into so many issues with products drying out my hair. Skala doesn’t and I use it solely as a leave in conditioner and for styling. This is my second time buying it and it seems like their packaging process is getting better. The first tub had leaked all over the package (I expected because I read the other reviews) this time it didn’t and they taped the lid down

I use this in my hair routine every time, it’s my main product cause it does everything it needs to. My curls stay hydrated & they still look good the next day (see 1st photo attached). The size of the product is great too cause the price is great too, it lasts so long - I’m still going through it! I’ll continue to purchase this one, the smell is too good to ignore!

My hair is mostly 2b/c wavy and I saw this product raved about by curly girls on social media. This product hasn't harmed my waves in any way but it certainly hasn't worked any miracles either. I'm still experiencing frizz and dryness when I only use it as a wash day conditioner. I have just started using it as a co-wash in between wash days and it is showing promise at helping moisturize at that cadence. The value however is undeniable, lots of cream for the price!
