Multi fuel stove
Everything was perfect with the stove and i had it installed with no problem, great little stove and generates plenty of heat fuel lasts a lot longer copared to the open fire i had previously

Second purchase
Compact log burner. Heats the bottom of 5he house easily. Looks good in an older style property. Excellent value, so much so we ha e purchased a second one to replace our current one which we have had for over 8 years

Perfect little wood burner
Comes well packaged in wood box and was delivered by caring company. We only had a small opening so this fit great, this also means it only takes a small amount of wood so has to be fed more. If you have space get the biggest you can. Heats the room quickly. We were so pleased with the first one we bought a second one. Only advice is these are heavy so require help to lift them into place.

Very well made fire and it looks very good. It works well.

Brilliant
The 5kw model is brilliant. Within 15mins my 7m x 5m living room is completely warmed up. Within 30mins the entire downstairs (10×10m) and we're all sweating and need to open the doors to the upstairs to share the heat around the rest of the house.We're burning a random mixture of reclaimed wood and we only add more wood to the stove once every hour to hour n half, once the wood has burned down to embers.Extremely easy to clean with its own tray inside to collect ash.Very impressed, bargain!

Great quality.
This is a super quality small fire for the price. Promptly sent and really well packaged. It comes with everything except the flue pipe and has really clear, comprehensive instructions. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Glass smashed on first use
On the first use of the stove the glass cracked and fell out. This was about after 5 mins of use with only kindling in it getting the fire started! Can't get in touch with the company it all wants you to go through amazon which just wants you so send the stove back as if i'm going to disconnect the whole stove box it up and send it back for a piece of glass.. The odd scuffs on the stove from manufacturing also which have been touched up with a paint brush which isnt great either.
