Highest quality gelatin powder I could find. Smells a little beefy but does not have a taste. Not sure why pain relief is one of the review items but I guess protein is essential for not feeling pain so I guess you could call that "pain relief". What a weird thing to be asked about food.

Works perfectly for home made marshmallows which require a stronger bloom then I can find in stores.
