Made tassels breaks easily

This is thread, pretty thread but thin thread all the same. Do not purchase with the intention of making tassels, this is just regular sewing thread thickness and wound take many windings to get what you want. But it does feel like fine quality thread for sewing or embroidery. I was just disappionted because it was not suitiable for making tassels especially in the size and quantity i was looking to.make. i still had to make another purchase. BUT as a simple thread its nice.

The color is bright and the thread is silky and pretty. However, you should know it is not real silk. It is what they call "Art Silk" or "Viscose Silk" -- in other words, it's rayon. The listing actually says "viscose" but some people may miss that in the description. For my purposes it doesn't matter whether it's true silk or not, and I knew what I was getting, so I am happy with it.

Breaks with the slightest bit of stress. Can’t use for the reason I bought it for.

I bought these to use for tailor tacks, and they do well for that. However, they ravel and break easy. So would not be good for seams or anything to be held permanently.

Fast delivery, beautiful bright colors, I will use them on tassel making for jewelry.
