As far as 1 year of using it I can tell it does help with keeping temperature around 110C and even 100C on highway,Live on hot weather so it helps, no drawbacks till now

Really misleading marketing, and they even include a spring to make it look a thermostat but it isn't. It's a bypass just like all the other bypasses. Don't buy this if you use your car on the street at all, your oil won't get warm enough.

Works as it should for the hot summer months! But I do which back to the stock unit during fall/winter as the oil temps don’t not rise within a reasonable time frame.

Easy to install, better than other thermostats (bms) that don't include a spring and take forever or fails to get up to proper oil temps.
