Great workbook
Excellent companion to go along with EMDR therapy sessions.

Great book for helping yourself
Counselor said that this would be a good start with dealing with trauma and other things. We have used it a handful of times but it hits home and hits on so many different things in the book. So far with what I've seen I'm pretty impressed with it. It has been helping me and I hope it helps you along with your journey.

I bought this book because I thought it would be like a manual for therapists but it was a workbook for beginners. Not exactly what I wanted but its okay

This is a great workbook for working through trauma
There are tons of exercises to help you work through each topic and it includes so much information about what you are feeling and why you are feeling that way and how you can get past it. I highly recommend
