Using it on my Rf-1200, I know it's not designed for my helmet, but most shoei helmets have that similar contour line. It's not a perfect fit(upper part of mount, pics) but it does make contact on most of the mount. Comes with two double sided adhesive, and it's pretty solid. Comes with an extra mount, which works fine, I just like cleaner/flusher look of the small extensions.The mount itself is molded plastic, seems durable and my mount slides in and out super easy and super tight fit. The extra mount is just your cheap china made mounts. I was going to get Chinmount brand which is 3D printed for your specific helmet, but it is double the price and don't get the extra mount(but comes with security tether strap).FYI: Adding accessories to your helmet can be dangerous and are not proven to be safe, do at your own risk!

Literally such a perfect fit. Didn’t need anything extra as far as hardware goes. Stupid easy to put on and adjust.

I was originally looking at buying one from the Chin Mounts brand and figured there had to be other options cheaper than $35 for just the mount... Well here I am after spending 1/3 of the price with 2 day shipping and so far it has worked great.Feels very solid and has stable camera footage so far.I read some other reviews that said their cameras had flown off on the highway but also admitted to using the mount for a helmet it is not designed for. I have hit over 135 tucked and sat up just to test it out and not even the camera footage got shaky.I only gave it 4 stars because I have not had the time to test the longevity of this product but Im sure it will hold up fine over time.

If you find an Osmo Action 4 on the shoulder of the highway with footage of a ducati super sport going really fast.You can keep this mount. However I would be willing to give a reward for my camera. It's got the polarized lens on it but that probably separated when it went into orbit.

It might be designed for a Shoei J8, but flip it upside down and it couldn't be any better engineered for the 1400; clears the edge gasket, clears the chin vent, and follows the curve precisely. Far better than the chinmounts.com solution.

I got this thing in and slapped it on. Works great. I cleaned the area properly, used my heat gun to "melt" the adhesive and slapped it on. Looks and works great. I would buy again.

Wasn't even made for my AGV K1s but been using it for quite some time for my GoPro Hero 5, and I have no problems with it. Good so far, no complaints for the price, and a decent alternative compared to those absurdly expensive Chin Mounts that cost 35 bucks.
