What an amazing sewing machine! I absolutely love it.Now I have to admit, a few years back, my other half bought me a second hand Toyota sewing machine from eBay. I never even got as far as loading the bobbin. It was far too complicated and I never dreamed I'd ever sew again. Instead, I learned how to use knitting machines, and simply hand sewed my garments together.A few months ago though, I learned about a technique for knitted garments named "Cut 'N Sew". It involves no shaping for necklines or sleeves etc. You simply knit a rectangle of whichever colour/pattern you desire, and then use your sewing machine to zig-zag stitch around a pattern template, and then cut out the pattern shape you need. It's especially useful for necklines etc.This got me interested in investigating learning how to use a sewing machine again.After much research, and reading many reviews, I settled on this sewing machine. I ordered it through Prime and it was here the following day.Within 20 minutes I had set up the machine, had the bobbins loaded and installed, needle threaded and I was sewing my first stitches. Wow! Such a contrast to my previous experience with the old Toyota.I can tell you that this machine sews knit-wear beautifully - no special feet required, and no gathering of fabrics either.It has a speed dial/slider which I find very useful. It has a start/stop button so you don't need to use the foot pedal. The automatic needle threader is very easy to use. I wasn't aware when I purchased it, but as well as cutting and sewing your button-holes into your garments - it will also sew the buttons on for you! It really takes all of the fuss out of everything.I've since taken it to a designer friend of mine who runs sewing workshops using Janome machines, and she was blown away with it. She called it "a dream machine" - being especially complimentary about the style and ease of the one touch button holes.So anyway, hopefully this review has helped you to decide if this is the machine for you?Any questions though, please do leave a comment!Thanks for reading. :)

I love how this sewing machine just worked so well from the outset.There is nothing about it that’s complicated at all. It has graphics for any of the stitches you may need and also has attachments for zips and buttonholes.The user manual is great also, as are the many YouTube videos that are freely available. I love that there are lots of users of the same machine who post regularly with tips for using it. It seems to be a favourite sewing machine of many seamstresses, which really speaks for itself really.I haven’t had a single issue since I began using it, unlike previous machines, which were just a nightmare, so I’d have no problem with recommending it to anyone who’s in the market for buying something reliable and trusted.

I bought this to replace my old one, good quality and love the way it threads theNeedles . Many stitch patterns and so easy to use. Would definately buy again.

I Love this machine. I am an occasional dress maker. Absoulutely happy with this machine it quite easy to use when you no how. It is a dream to put a zip into a garment with the larger zip foot. I have had no problems. I have not tried any thick quilting so I am not sure how it works with that. The threader is a bit fiddly but I have now mastered that. Love the fact it has a light. I used to use a spot light and have the scars. It is quieter then other machines I have owned. Pros solid machine if you want to do dressmaker, make curtains etc. Easy to use, sews foot free, nice bright light, top loader bobbin, side cotton cutter. Cons bobbin door is plastic should have been metal, the cotton lays on the side i wish it could stand up because i have many large cottons and have to stand them on the floor. I would not hesitate to recommend this if you want a great all rounder machine.

It's a good reliable sturdy machine, I found it a little loud clunky compared to my janome but you get what you pay for. It does everything I need for general everyday sewing a great all-rounder. Also I had a very unusual fault and I contacted the seller and got 5* service I can't recommend this company highly enough and order in confidence. They sorted it out straight away very impressive customer service.

I absolutely love my new Innovis 15, this was an upgrade for me, after using the Brother LS14 for years. I am getting on in my years, but still managed to understand the computerised part, the instruction manual is very informative. I love the one step button hole, that is a game changer for me. I love the overcast stitch, with having no overlocker, this has given my seams that professional look. Its so easy to use I managed to make a full set of scrubs in a day, and Im a really slow at sewing most the time. Its a quiet machine to use, compared to my old clunky machine. I mainly use cones of thread, its cheaper, so this is the only downside, but Ive purchased a stand to resolve this. I love that it threads my needle, no more squinting trying to find the eye!! Highly recommend this machine to even a beginner.

After using a 50 year old machine for years I took the plunge and bought a new one , wow what a difference this machine is brilliant easy to thread nothing fiddly about it at all I really like the speed button it can go very very slow or very fast great when making small dolls clothes etc I like the option to change the stitch size length and width for me it does everything I need cannot believe I struggled on my old 50+ year old machine it’s a lot lighter and not as noisy cannot fault it
