I was recommended to this from a close friend who takes magnesium tablets,she thinks there great,so I decided to purchase the spray.I am expecting to have a knee replacement later this year,I thought the spray may help with severe pain,however after using the spray at least 6 times aday I feel there is no difference what so ever.I will continue to use just incase it does eventually dull the pain....price wasn't to bad ,I thought I would pay more.Popped in the Range and noticed it was a lot cheaper in there.Hopefully it will benefit someone but alas it's not me (at the moment)...

I ordered this product after researching into it's potential benefits,also as I already use 2 of the vitamin sprays from this company which I have confidence in.Towards the end of the first bottle having worked up to twice daily using maximum sprays (as advised)I noticed I seemed to be walking faster due to less stiffness and discomfort in my joints and muscles.I will carry on using this spray as hoping for continued improvements.😊
