Great reliable product. But diabetics beware; remember that even if only a trace amount of glucose is detected in the urine your blood levels are very high. To get glucose spilling over into the urine diabetic control is way off as the kidneys have a high extraction capacity for glucose. Thus, even if detected at trace levels get checked out by doctor or do a more sensitive blood test.

As a long term diabetic a bit surprised to get several negative readings - this using several sticks at different times - as a test I added granulated sugar to a urine sample and tested again - the test still showed negative. Not convinced of the accuracy of the product - possibly not meant to detect added sugar? Tried with added glucose positive result

In these days of blood measurement meters for diabetes it is often cheaper and easier to test the old way with reagent strips. They are quite difficult to obtain and when you do find them the price is exorbitant. These are excellent.

Used it for my hamster to check for diabetes, lot cheaper than paying for a vet and easy to understand and use

These sticks don’t work. Don’t waste your money as they don’t give refunds or accept returns despite item being faulty. I did a blood test which showed I had High glucose Did a stick test and colour didn’t change. Tried lots of sticks on lots of people and no change at all. THEY ARE USELESS
