Very good great cake sparkler

Really liked this candle. Was a little dubious at first I’ll be honest. Never used something like this before and was a tiny bit worried about using it in the house. However it looked cool. Was an extra for a special birthday. Went down well

Great fun , probably know more than 4 on a cake as you couldn’t get them all lit before their going off , very spectacular

I bought 4 of these candles for a birthday cake at a formal birthday dinner.ProsGood sparkle.Look prettyEasy to lightConsWhen lit, the sparkle/flame duration is shorter than other brands. Two of the candles fizzled out almost immediately while 2 of them fizzled out a couple of seconds later. The cake was presented almost sparkle-less.

Worked well family delighted

With a birthday upcoming and the threat of covid upon us all the last thing I wanted was to have someone spraying their spit over the cake as they blow out the candles ... so when I saw this I thought 'Why not?' At least there'll be no spitting on the cake this year.You get 2 in the pack and they both look pretty nice with their sparlking gold finish .... so when I jabbed them into the cake I set about lighting it ... only to discover that i should have read the instructions on the package first as it states that you need to take the candle from the holder and turn the candle over in order to light it properly .... (I know .... I'm pretty dumb but I had had a few birthday drinks at the time.)Once i'd figured my error I turned the candle over and pushed a lighter into the end. Seconds later the sparks began to fly like sparkler on bonfire night.It sparks for about a minute and fades out on its own, which means there's no need for anyone to blow t out with what could posssibly be a mouth full of covid spit ...Once sparkled out it IS hot and will need to be handled with kid gloves, so to speak. I used a pair of cooking tongues and a cup full of water, ending the candles life with a gentle hiss... job done.In all, if you're after a sparkling candle which doesn't need the spray of spit to put it out then this is for you ... just remember to read the instructions or all you mates will laugh at your stupidity ... as they did with me ....
