NIV, NKJV, NLT, The Message, (Contemporary Comparative) Parallel Bible, Hardcover Hardcover – January 3, 2023

I use this in my yearly bible study. I like seeing the different versions of same chapter and verse.

I heard about parallel bibles at our women's bible study and was super excited to find one that I could get that was affordable. This one has been so great and I was able to get it on sale so it was a great price. It has been so helpful as I'm reading to compare the different versions as they give slightly different perspectives. I like the layout of how they have the same verses for each version on the same page - it helps keep things straight in your mind as you are reading and comparing. One thing to note - The words are super small print so be aware of that before you purchase if you prefer larger print. So grateful for this purchase!

I really like to see the different versions and how they are worded. Sometimes a scripture makes more sense to me when worded just a little different. My 3 favorite Bible versions are NIV, NLT, and NKJV. I haven't ever read The Message version. I realize that I'm not a fan of The Message version, but I still adore this book. I won't give it up for anything.

Love that I have the 4 main translations right in front of me for when I study, instead of opening several books that take up more time. I just wish the words of Jesus were in red ink.
