All For Paws Chill Out Garden Water Fountain for Dogs, 8.193 kg

Strong and robust, my large German shepherd absolutely loves it. I tried a cheaper version of this first and the hose kept flying off every time he moved it, this one has no such issue, my dog has picked it up and pulled it about and the hose stays intact. Would definitely recommend as a fun, easy way of helping to keep your dog cool throughout the summer

Great idea. Poor build

Great buy but our boxer pup is a little too young to grasp the concept yet we'll keep persevering though . It's also great if your on a water meter . He loves playing with the hose but this can not only be dangerous as they drink too much water which can be catastrophic (so be extremely careful when playing with hoses and dogs ie stagnant water left in pipes can be dangerous also and they can drown if taking in too much water ) Dogs should never be left alone playing with water and not for to long either Please be very careful and mindful with dogs and water I can't stress this enough.

Well it couldn’t be much easier to assemble, I already had a house with a Hozelock connector so plugged that straight into the regulator then plugged that into the main until. The only negative is that the connection between the regulator and main until took some force and there was no click, like you’d get with Hozelock, so it’s not easy to tell that it’s fully on.The other issue I had initially is that I turned the regulator right up in an attempt to get a higher jet of water but this results in the pedal frequently staying down after being pressed, something I’d seen other customers mention, thinking they had faulty items. Beat that in mind if you experience this issue, just turn the regulator back down.Our water pressure if pretty good but the jet was still only about 18” high, even with the smaller nozzle attached. To be honest, that was plenty to amuse my Border Collie / Lab cross though!He worked it out within a few minutes then wouldn’t leave it alone, it kept him amused for hours

I'm not sure if the item I received was faulty but the peddle would squirt a couple of times and then die with peddle stuck in the down position. Tried various water pressures but same problem each time. The only way to reset it was to stop the water. Wait. Then put the pressure back up. That became boring after about 20 seconds. its possibly badly engineered or faulty. It should be the simplest thing to engineer in reality but clearly something not functioning. Really wanted it to work. Might have to try another model a bit more upmarket and in metal. In the meantime I have requested a refund for this one.

When I received this item I connected it up to my garden hose outside the house. The fountain of water that came out from the device was very weak even thought I know the pressure of the outside tap is good. The water regulater only seemed to stop the water flow, and would'nt increase the water flow making the fountain of water higher enougfh for my dog to reach it. In the end I disconnected the water regulater and put the hose straight into the device. This way the device worked better with a lot of pressure, and a big fountain of water. The only issue now is that I cant adjust the pressure now, to make the fountain of water higher or lower, like I'm supposed to be able to do so. Finally I don't really want the hassle of sending the thing back, I only need the water regulater replaced, but this doesnt look like it's possible through Amazon. Really this should be possible if you can show that part of the device is faulty or broken.

You need to turn the tap on low to reduce the water flow so that it can be used a a water fountain or it just shoots a jet of water in to the air, great fun but not much use for a thirsty dog. Took around 2 weeks to teach my dog to use it and now he won't drink out of a bowl 🤦🏼‍♀️.Bought this pedal as my dog is a mastiff and drool puddles around the water bowl were an issue.Very pleased with this fountain, my boy has access to fresh water all day long and no puddles of slime for me to clean up either!
