It’s hard to know in the size of something you haven’t actually seen, hence the reason sellers give us pictures of the products they’re selling. However, in this case as you can see from my pictures the item is considerably smaller than visually advertised. I can advise that five meters doesn’t go far. I have used it for plant irrigation. (Wire fed a double length of cotton twine through the tube). Soil draws up water as it needs hydrating.I may go for black tubing next time to avoid future algae overgrowth. I’ll see how well this one lasts.The tubing is firmly bendy not floppy, and doesn’t appear to pinch itself off too easily, it won’t straighten out- but would do so with cable ties or whatever. I would say it’s good quality tubing, and have only taken a star for misleadingly advertisement.

The 4mm ID fits perfectly over a standard Shimano bleed nipple (SLX and XT) - means I can have a longer hose on my syringe when pushing through brake fluid (previous bit of tube had stretched around the syringe and was letting air in).Good price and quick delivery. I've only used a 12 inch bit but going to use some more to bleed the clutch slave cylinder on a 4x4 as well (I also bought 6mm ID as I'm not sure what will fit better).Great product you can't go wrong with.

I watched a how to video as our fridge was hopelessly blocked (the little plastic bit was not long enough to clear up the blockage). This long and soft yet firm tube cleared up our refrigerator without making any mess, or without the fear of conveying electricity and giving me a shock. A great investment for a home repair.
