Excellent scooter
Got this for my son as a progression from 3 wheel to 2 wheel scooter. He's had a micro scooter with the 3 wheels, but the next step up from that manufacturer seemed very expensive, so I looked around for alternatives.Landed on this after seeing the positive reviews, and am very impressed so far. The scooter looks good - nice metallic blue finish, and my son really enjoyed adding the stickers from the included sheet onto the scooter. The scooter is nice and lightweight, easy to lift and carry. The folding mode works very well, the catch can be a wee bit stiff, but generally works pretty well. The quality of the scooter seems very good - wheels seems pretty tough, steering handles well, as does the brake (which is a foot brake only). All in all, seems like a good quality scooter for an excellent price - highly recommended.

Replacement for Micro Scooter
When my son's Micro scooter was stolen I couldn't afford to replace it. Found this great scooter. Very sturdy and easy to adjust to height. Even folds down to pack away. My daughter was jealous so I bought her one too.Update - someone has asked how this compares to a Micro scooter. This is very different as made of metal so it's very sturdy. The Micro Scooters I think are very plasticky and used to have these excellent rubber wheels. My daughter was bought a Micro a few years ago and the quality was considerably less than the original micro my son had some 7 years ago. I don't think the mini Micros are worth the £80 odd quid they are priced at. I think it's a brand name you are buying into. This scooter does what it says on the box. If it gets nicked or lost I can afford to replace it!

Great scooter - fold lock is finnicky!
4 year old loves it. Sturdy and lightweight. Can highly recommend it and the lad has not issue. Only negative is the the lock to fold and unfold is very stiff and a little troublesome. Not sure if ours is faulty, have contacted the vendor and informed likely to avoid accidental closure/opening. Doesnt appear to be a knack and fight with it for a while to get it disengaged,

Very nice and cool scooter
I've bought this for my son's 5th birthday. He loved it! You can see that it is well made, good quality and the design is simple but really nice. Should be a scooter for many years for him to use.

Great scooter so far!
Fantastic well made scooter, bought as a birthday gift, and purchased as I wanted a more grown up scooter for my 6 Yr old and after reading the reviews. Liked the folding option as sometimes he gets tired and then I have to carry the scooter all the way home! This function makes it so much easier. He was delighted with it from the get go and I'm sure will do him well for some considerable time. It even arrived before it was due to and came on his birthday instead of after it, great service.

Great value, solid build quality - 2 years late and I can still highly recommend this product
Amazing value for money, easily as robust as the micro scooter which is more than twice the price. Folding mechanism works well. Good quality rubber wheels (not plastic like most low cost scooters) and abec bearings. My 5 year old took to it like a duck to water! Will report back and update the review in a couple of months.OK it's 2017 now, had these scooters (we bought 2) for a couple of years and they still work perfectly. The mechanism to fold them is getting a bit sticky so will take them apart and regrets them. They're used literally every day going to and from school, unless it's ice of blowing a gale. They've even been used off road and over really bumpy paths. I've had the odd go myself and they've been sturdy and able to take my 13 stone weight seemingly without issue. Great value and we've more than got our money's worth out of them!Wear and tear and bumps and scraps all over, the grip tape has started to wear smooth BUT structurally they're as good as new and still roll nice and smooth (I've not serviced the bearings yet either).

This is actually a good scooter!
I have gone through a few of these for my little boy. When I ordered this product I was concerned that it wouldn't be a sturdy item and would fall apart or not be stable like the previous ones. When I opened the box and saw that it was fully assembled I was very happy, this also looks to be made of good materials and is extremely strudy. I can't wait till my little guy get's out of school so he can have a go on it!
