So far, this air purifier has definitely met my expectations. I placed it in our downstairs partial basement because I wanted to make sure the air down there was truly getting cleaned; it’s a cool, darker space, and we also keep the cats’ litter box in that area. I let it run on the highest fan setting overnight and into the next day. When I checked the PM reading and saw it was down to 1, I was honestly surprised; I wasn’t sure that reading could be accurate in a basement where we’ve had water issues in the past.To test it further, I moved the unit into our kitchen and living room while I was cooking. That’s when I realized it was definitely working. The PM number increased and the light ring turned red; the air clearly had more particles in it. As the food smell faded, the number started dropping again.I also tried it in our bedroom, which tends to stay closed up and doesn’t get deep cleaned as often (walls and high surfaces, etc.). The PM level went up slightly; not a huge jump, but it was noticeable. I have seasonal allergies, and my symptoms usually spike at night. After running the purifier all night in the bedroom, I woke up without the usual allergy headache, which was a nice change.It is larger than I expected; not in a bad way, but the size caught me off guard at first. The filter itself is quite big, so I’m guessing that’s why the unit is, too. I did purchase the Levoit Toxin Absorber Filter, so that may be a big part of why I’ve noticed such a difference. Whether it’s the machine or the upgraded filter—or both—it’s made a real impact on how I feel.I’ve decided to keep it in the kitchen/living area since that seems to be where the air quality changes the most. On Auto Mode, it’s very quiet; the only time I really notice the sound is when the PM level spikes and the fan kicks into high gear. Even then, it’s not loud—more of a soft, steady sound, which I actually find kind of soothing.I leave it on Auto unless I’m cooking or doing something that stirs up dust. I really love this unit; I appreciate feeling like it’s doing something real instead of being just another gadget. My favorite feature is the PM reading on the display; it gives me a sense of what’s happening in the air around us. I’m already planning to buy a second one to keep in the basement full time and a smaller model for our bedroom.

Purchased two of these units. One quit working after a few days. Used the VeSync app to report a problem with our airpurifier. Received a reply within 2 days. Customer service was really good with communication and handling our claim. Replacement airpurifier arrived promply and is running fine. Thank You customer service... good job! Our 2nd unit is also continuing to run without any problems.After three weeks I can say these are great units. Noticed less dust in the sunlit rays shining through our windows. Also it appears to have cleared up sinus congestion (not sure this is a coincidence). Would highly recommed.

A bit bigger than expected but does its job.

I thought I'd like this thing but I litterally love it, never had one maby that's why but it's fun watching the numbers change if someone is smoking in the house. My filter is already at 97% it's prob been 10 days I thought it would last a bit longer I guess but would 100% recommend to anybody
