I have been using Solgar Ester C tablets for many years. I first discovered Solgar when it was stocked by an independent vitamin shop many moons ago. They swore by the quality, although many times it does not offer the best value on the market. To be honest, until Boron was offered on Vine I had never thought about using this supplement. In fact, I had never heard of it. I am so glad I chose to test it. Many years ago I was given an overdose of antibiotics to try and clear a very bad chest infection. It screwed up my digestive tract and the result was an overgrowth of candida. This is a horrible issue to be inflicted with. You feel like death every day. No energy, it changes your body, eyesight, how you react to things etc. To get rid of it, you can take drugs, but it has a habit of rearing its nasty head after a while. I have adapted my diet to reduce sugars and yeast products, but that only helps so far. I also take Olive Leaf and every morning I have pre and probiotics. Having seen Boron on the Vine list, I had a look at its benefits and one major benefit to boron is it can kill candida. It has other benefits as well but I was interested in candida. I take one in the morning and one at night and my candida symptoms got a lot worse after 2 weeks. When candida flares up like this it can signal a die-off effect. You have to keep going through the pain and side effects. I am four weeks into this regime and there is no doubt things are happening. Certain side effects are easing and my energy levels are increasing. Boron seems to be helping to kill the candida.Boron can be used for a variety of issues, but I used it to try and deal with candida. It seems to be working. I have bought 3 more bottles, so I can keep taking it. So far I am happy to Recommend this product.

Exactly as described

I was in my late 30s. quite young I know to be having a lot of knee issues. I used to get unbearable knee pain and a rough grinding sensation under the knee cartilage area. I went to a physiotherapist for a few sessions which did not help. Doctor said I may need my cartilage removing so after doing a lot of research online and as a last resort I decided to give boron a try as its very cheap and there does not seem to be any side effects from taking it. Quite the opposite actually.Long story short. Ive been taking it for at least 3 years now and I no longer have any knee issues at all. I started seeing huge improvements after about 6 months of taking just one tablet a day and the pain went away completely. Im still taking my one tablet a day and will do so indefinitely.
