Great cups. Perfect. I just also wanted to write in my feedback for those that don’t know, you have to pull the yellow release tab before using.

Finally cups that I can used myself on my back at home. Once you get the hang of it and if used properly, it delivers a great relief from sore and stiff muscles. I put them on my upper back and neck and with a little oil I can also move them around for a deep tissue massage and improving circulation.

When i opened the box it looks impressive with the whole set of cups awaits me. However, once I use it, I was Very disappointed with this cupping set. The pump doesn’t work, making the product unusable, and the instructions in their website are incomplete and unclear. Had to return it.Poor quality and frustrating experience. Do not recommend.

sometimes dosent do the job . you must try, retry.

Since getting into the gym I’ve been struggling with muscle soreness etc….. I’ve now started cupping to help reduce muscle tension and help with blood supply.These are durable, easy to use and definitely seem to work for me - you do need to be careful with pressure and find that sweet spot.
