3M 471 Fine Line Vinyl Masking Tape 3mm x 33m (Blue) Painting Low Residue

First time I've used tape like this I've used it to get nice lines around a guitar body and keep the bindings paint free. It did the job fine I could of got away with using a wider tape but that's not a problem. It's easy to use I layed it in 1 complete go, you need to get a feel for how tight to keep the tape (just enough to keep it from bagging). Then go around it again to make sure it's stuck down properly and cleanly. To remove just pull it back on its self and you should be left with a nice clean line between your colours. Will have no problem coming back for more when I run out and for the price you can't go wrong.

Good quality tape. ideal for masking the tight curves of sculptures, leaves nice crisp lines,no residue left, when peeling the tape away, also no damage to paint.Ideal for the model car nut or any one who requires a bit of flexibility with there artwork.

Durable and reliable fine line masking tape. More expensive than other masking tapes but as very little residue , worked great.

Very strong quality tape, very sticky. Bit worrying that it states in big letters that it contains "Carcinogenic materials" , so maybe not suitable for kids.
