Well made.
Bought same knife a few years ago and because I mislaid it ordered another one. It arrived today and is exactly the same except it is nowhere near as flexible . Such a pity as flexibility is necessary when spreading butter on really fresh bread . Maybe the manufacturers will take note of this on their next batch of palette knives.

I’ve been happy with it up until the time it broke up
This is perfect! I bought it to make a cake for my daughter but it’s a good size and I use it for many things like spreading butter on bread, taking cakes off the tin and so on. Looks good too.BUT, ironically just now when I was washing it to take a photo of it for this post. It just broke up like this. I can put it together again but obviously won’t be as good. So I won’t rate it heigh.

I wanted a filler knife so I chose this.
I don't want it for a pallette knife as such but for a tool for small filling jobs and it is ideal for that purpose and a great price and the delivery was fast. The blade is attached to the tang, I think it is called that, by rivets and it may put some people off, the handle is varnished wood and quite slim, so if you want top draw pallette knife you'll need to pay quite a bit more I would think. For me it is just the job.

Not what I was after...
Although it does what it says, I don't feel it is overly flexible... not that bendy and not ideal for what I wanted it for. The major problem for me was relating to delivery...when placing the order, I hadn't noticed that it required a signature on delivery. It is a palate knife, i.e. NOT sharp and not dangerous...but it must be the word "knife" that meant it could not be left in a safe place, nor signed for by neighbours (well over 18 yrs)...so I had to trek 10 miles to a local post office sorting office to collect it.
