Died for the second time.I ordered a replacement after my original unit stopped working within 2 weeks. The second one arrived and after charging over 24 hours, it worked for 3 uses and failed. It seems to charge, but the bottoms do not activate it.It’s very sad because when it worked, my skin felt more clean than ever.

I love this facial cleansing product it cleans every part of my face and also I use it for my neck too. The vibrating mode gives massage and makes my skin smooth and glow.

I cannot provide a low enough rating. A 1 star rating is a billion times beyond what is earned, especially given the price of this rip-off piece of absolute garbage. Complete utter piece of garbage. Might be the worst thing I have ever purchased. A complete scam. Worked for two days. The next time it was used, it ran for about eighteen straight hours and could not be turned off. Once it was later recharged, the only thing that has ever worked again is the light around the button that controls it. That works BRILLIANTLY!!!, but nothing else done. Single biggest piece of junk I have ever seen.

If you want clean flawless skin. This tool has to be in your arsenal. I have had a Clarisonic since I was 25. I have to replace them literally every 10 -12 years. They are built to last. Just keep to date with your attachments. But more importantly your skin will be radiant with the proper cleanser. That’s another secret! But, think about the value of using this cleaning tool twice a day for at least 10 years. That’s an amazing value and well worth it to your skin! It’s not on great with the face for your daily cleansing routine, try in the shower and also with scrubbing and exfoliating treatments! It’s very versatile again it’s all in the attachments!

Worked through one charge and now it will not turn on. Seems like it works just long enough that you can’t return it because it’s a few days past the return window. Please do not but this product. It was very expensive and is nothing but junk!!! It is so disappointing to me that Amazon would allow this to happen to its loyal customers.

I love my. Clarisonic and have been using it for years. My old one the charger broke so I wasn’t able to charge it anymore so I bought a new one. The new one I bought just stopped working so I had to repurchase it, which I did because I love my Clarisonic.

I have used Clarisonic face cleaner devices for years and was delighted that I didn't have to switch to another brand. I have had no issues with my device in terms of it not working after a short time, it works like a charm and leaves my face clean and bright. My last Clarisonic lasted almost five years, but I have had some that died after a few months. Fingers crossed! This device makes a huge difference to my skin appearance and health, and I hope it will continue to be available on Amazon.
