Bosch Professional Dust box HW3 Complete (Accessories for Random Orbital Sander)

I'm very happy with the purchase, price and speed of delivery. The part was actually for a different type of sander, but I was able to file it and make it fit perfectly. :-)

Perfect fit, gets the majority of dust

This dust box is supposed to be appropriate for PSS23 orbital sander, however the information on the packaging shows it does fit provided there is adapter 2 605 702 036 in between. The trouble is that adapter is no longer available which means dust box 2605411145 is completely useless for PSS23 orbital sander. ZERO STARS I’M AFRAID!!

It’s a Bosch professional dust box designed by Bosch to catch dust - it catches dust, not all but a lot. Put it on a bench when not in use - It doesn’t respond well to being stood on, hence need for replacement!!

A great replacement filter box that I wish I'd bought earlier - the Bosch random orbit sander bit the dust one day after receiving this (unconnected, it has to be said). In its all-too-brief use, I noted the positive click connection that had gone with my old filter box, and appreciated that the junction was more secure and was emitting less dust around its mouth. All in all, this item is a bit like a filter for a vacuum cleaner; there is a tendency to hang onto the old one for too long, and you really appreciate the difference that a new replacement makes.
