Doesnt rust. Good quality.
Bought to replace another one that had rusted after only a few months and one that had rusted before that too. Its been up now for a good long time and its working flawlessly without a mark. Good quality.

Simple off with old on with the new
This was easy to install with existing holes that the product was replacing. It is a nice looking chrome riser rail and one in which brightens up the bathroom look that makes it “a little cleaner”. There is agreement amongst other reviews that there is a slight wobble with the riser pole itself due to the way in which the manufacturer has made this. Due to the grub screw and fastener it will over time loose some sturdiness with wear and tear. The strength you can go on tightening underneath grub screws to fastener bracket is potentially room for over-tightening and breaking almost immediately into installation. I advise small turns when near fully done and then cautiously leave before over doing it. There is no need to check and check again on this as it will only reduce the plastic the tiny screw is going into down and quickly needing replaced. A good product, bad design on the screws though for ensuring more solid.

Good item, good price
Needed this to replace broken 17 year old item and it was a little awkward to fit but only because it also had to hide fixing holes left by original fitting, apart from that because of it’s adjustable length and fairly sturdy build it was great!

Perfect riser raile as a replacement or part of a new bathroom
So easy to install and its design means it can fit in your previous rail's positioning with no issues at all.Design is sturdy and looks really nice and is shower height/angle are very easy to adjust. Also as a side note: even though it is designed for two screws per fixture it still works just as well with one

Pole isn't fixed
Easy to put up but the actual vertical pole part is not fixed and moves up and down when you alter the position of the shower headLooks nice, it'll do for now until I really get fed up of moving the pole back up.

Fantastic quality
Bought this as a replacement, like for like. The last one just got worn and a bit tatty from continual cleaning and just needed a replacement which was great getting an identical product

Great but not 100% universal
I purchased this riser rail to replace an existing one of a different brand that had broken in my shower. The requirements were that I wanted one that had adjustable brackets so I could use the existing holes drilled into the tiles and not have to worry about new ones.Overall this was a good replacement. Easy to fix as it just needed screwing into the current holes. The only problems I found were1. My existing riser rail only had one screw which was central in each of the upper and lower brackets. This riser had two per bracket side by side. As I wasn't able to drill new holes I had to put in just one screw in each bracket which means it isn't as secure as it could be (not that it would come away from the wall at all but there is a bit of play in the brackets) This hasn't caused a problem but it is worth bearing in mind if like me you don't have a drill!2. The shower head holder wasn't strong enough for our larger size shower head. What happened was the weight of the head forced the holder to keep revolving down so instead of the water flow pointing at the body it would go straight down and too close to the wall. This was easily fixed by replacing the shower head with a smaller one which now works great and still has a strong flow.

Perfect replacement
Needed a couple of adjustments as the screw holes weren't quite far enough apart to fit the existing wall holes, but once that was done it was really easy to fit. Nice, smart replacement for an old riser which had started to rust in places. Just long enough to use this existing holes, so no drilling needed.
