solved my problem as advertised.

If you have any questions if this works, I’m gonna let you know right now it does. First off they have great customer service. I wasn’t sure about the instructions but when I called the gentleman was patient explained everything. Next, I had drain bugs By the time I figured out what those little flying things were, I had an infestation. I live in a studio apartment, so my Kitchen is my Bedroom. I use this for two days. The first day I poured it down the drains going around the edges, so it covered the whole pipe all around going down. I did the 6 ounces they suggest At around 2 PM then added some before I went to bed I did not use my sink at all. I tried to wait as long as possible, the next day So when I woke up There wasn’t that many! Then I did it again yesterday so that’s the second day I woke up this morning not one bug a lot of dead ones But none anywhere to be seen. This product works. It’s definitely worth every penny I first tried those home hacks don’t waste your money on that. Overall, great product!! I will definitely be buying to maintain my pipes.

So far after using everyday I still have drain flies. Update! We had a bad leak! They were coming from there. Leak fixed and this problem is finally going away

So I was a little nervous about how the house would smell but I was willing to forgo any unwanted smells if it got rid of the unwanted pest that had been invading my home. So the 1st day as expected they were angry and came out of their layer after I had used the product on all the problem drains in my home. I had my handy bug zapper right there with its calming blue light to accommodate them and send them into oblivion humanely. So 2nd night after application #2 wasn’t as many pest so great. Night #3 maybe one or 2 pest but other than that I think it’s taken care of the issue and I still have plenty left in case of any other future issues. Also it seems to have made the drains work a little bit better so I would say that it does work to clean out grease and clogs as it said.

I travel a lot, so I am away from home often. I developed a nasty case of drain flies for months. Nothing I did worked - bleach, vinegar, covering drains. I finally caved and bought this begrudgingly due to the price. But oh my gosh - it worked after one application! I pour a glug down each drain (so easy to use and no overly strong smell), left for a week and those peasky flies were 100% gone. I still have half the jug left in case it happens again, but it's been weeks and I'm still fly free. Now that I know it was a one time purchase, and not getting stuck in a loop of having to repurchase, I would buy again - great value!

I have purchased this product 9 times since 2021. It did a great job of keeping my drain gnats away.I recently bought a new bottle and found that THEY CHANGED THE PRODUCT. The bottle was not full - and not because it leaked during shipment. The new bottle was tightly wrapped in cellophane and there were no signs of leakage. Additionally, the product itself has clearly been watered down. It used to be a very thick gel that would cling to the drain. Now it is a watery syrup. Clearly, the company is cutting corners, yet charging the same price. I doubt that the watery syrup will work as well as the thick gel.Update: Customer Service reached out to me immediately after my initial review. THEY REFUNDED MY ENTIRE PAYMENT, apologizing for my experience. They asked that I keep the product and assured me they have not changed the formula nor did they water down the product. I changed my rating to 5 stars for their outstanding customer service. I have always loved this gel. I’ve tried everything and this is the only thing that keeps my gnats under control. It also has a very pleasant smell. They won me over with the best customer service I have ever experienced on Amazon.

UPDATE:The original product has been watered down and it is noticeable. The wonderful working and clinging thick gel liquid we received the last year changed with the packaging and is significantly watered down. Will update full treatment results at the end of the week but will be looking for a different permanent solution if needed.We had been fighting phorid flies, fruit flies, and fungus gnats. Before we got this product we spent about two weeks setting out vinegar/soap traps, boiling the drains each night. We did eventually see a decrease in the flies getting in the traps. If we didn’t boil the drains the next day, they’d shortly return. That is when we purchased this product.Since using it, we have found no more than a handful of flies in any trap we set. We stopped boiling the drains and we put this in any prolonged moist areas, we only see a stray a few times a day. I’ll be purchasing another bottle for maintenance.
