The practical flaws of a seemingly good idea...
Being disabled, it isn't possible to exercise in traditional ways and this seemed like a good solution, being able to strap in your legs and get the powered motor to create the movement required to prevent muscles, joints and ligaments from seizing up. Setting up the unit wasn't hugely problematic, although the tools provided were poor and one spanner wasn't quite the right size either to secure the nuts for the bolt. That said, once setup, the Mini Bike with the boots attached looked good, had a long enough power cable to be practical and seemed to be a good purchase . . .. . . but then comes the practical drawbacks. Once seated, strapping your leg in is awkward, especially if you have difficulties moving your leg in the first place. The pedals will move as you do this and the bike is likely to shift about as you get strapped in. You then try to reposition yourself in the seat or sofa, but your feet are now tethered to the bike, meaning you can't adjust well at all. Turning the bike on starts the workout, and the speed settings are varied enough to go from gentle and slow to really quite fast . . . but the motion of the exercise makes the unit very easy to move about given its lightweight design. It can easily slip about on a rug, yoga mat, floorboards etc. rather than be stable enough to stay in one place. This is a real problem, even more so as your legs are now tied to this unit and even forensic planning of where you sit, where it is positioned and having clear space around makes this solution simply a good idea executed poorly. It looks great and you'd think it was the ideal solution if you are unable to use a traditional bike, for instance, however there are just too many problems with the practicalities of this to make it anything I can recommend.

Mini Fitness bike suitable for all levels of ability
I ordered the Reviber Exercise & Therapy Mini Bike Pro With Leg Supports for my Dad who is has mobility issues caused by his knees.Arrived well packaged, required some assembly which was fiddley but straight forward.Compact and versatile exercise machine is specifically designed to help people with mobility issues maintain their physical health and fitness.Superior build quality, made of durable materials and feels sturdy and stable when in use. The design is also compact and lightweight, making it easy to move around and store when not in use.Leg supports provide excellent support, making it easy to get on and off the bike and pedal comfortably. The supports can be adjusted to fit a range of leg sizes, and they're padded for added comfort.Mini bike is so very quiet when in use. Able to use while watching TV or listening to music, without disturbing others in the room. The LCD display is also easy to read and provides helpful information such as the time, distance, and calories burned even if calories burned is inflated it's a great incentive to keep peddling.Overall, this mini bike is easy to use, adjustable, and provides a great workout in the comfort of your own home. Great for getting you mobile again when normal training is to excessive for your bones. Only issue I have it is quite expensive at just over £250 but your improved health is definitely worth this much.I would recommend this product.

Expensive for what it is
This product is very expensive for what it is and has a lot to improve for the price point.I'll start with the positives:Having the assisted mode is great for those with limited mobility and makes pedalling easy. When putting together it was a bit tricky as the holes for the legs didn't quite line up properly but once we managed to get them to screw in it was relatively straight forward to put together. It can be used on the carpet due to the legs raising it off the ground slightly. It's lightweight. Now for the negatives:Despite the pictures showing it being used on what looks like a sofa, it cannot be used easily on a low sofa. The calorie counter and distance don't appear to be anywhere near accurate. According to the product, 30 minutes of use, with the assistive feature on at speed 1 burnt over 1000 calories which just cannot be accurate. I'd also note that the counters only go up to 999 and then reset back to 0.The straps on the pedals are horrendous, they don't secure easily and it's near impossible to secure your feet in place. Would be far better if they had velcro straps like the leg supports. The remote can be tricky to use, trying to get it to the right settings and the right timing is a nightmare and takes a lot of getting used to, it's not user-friendly for older people/those that struggle with technology. For the price point of this product, I am disappointed and expected more from it. It can be used and is a good form of gentle exercise to help keep mobility or begin improving mobility but for me there's a lot of improvements needed for this product to be worth the current £249.99 asking price.
