I am disappointed that I cannot return an item that is faulty. I ordered a small i received an XS in a small packet! No returns or refunds very bad.

I ordered this brace because I've had pain in the insertion area of my achilles tendon (posterior lower heel pain) for about 6 mths now. I've gone through four different braces so far and only one worked well. The brace that worked is like a compression sock with silicon padding in the lower ankle/heel area that runs under the foot for additional support. After wearing that brace for a month, I developed a rash and had to take a break from it. I've been contemplating purchasing a Cheetah brace for awhile now but I was concerned about getting the sizing right. After reading many reviews, I decided on a Large 9.5 in -10.5 in. My U.S. female foot size is a 7.5-8 shoe. My instep measured 9.5. The brace was a bit tight going on but it feels amazing. I have a feeling it will break-in a bit with use, so I'm glad for the form fit. I would probably recommend any female with a U.S. foot size of an 8 or larger to get an x-large. I personally don't believe the "one size fits all" would've been fit enough for me for the support I need.

I have small feet and ankles and these are not small enough....I never wore them but tried them on and the velcro then frayed them some so I felt I couldn't return them....very expensive to not fit....

Great product. My 11 year son was unable to play soccer due to heel pain. After buying These he is back on the field and virtually pain free. Bought another pain for my older son who also suffers with heel pain. He is 13 measure foot and ordered the XL based on measurements. They were way to tight to get on. Wish the made larger sizes.

I bought this for suspected severs. By accident I ordered the wrong size and wanted to exchange for a larger size. However this product is not exchangeable even though it comes in sealed packagingWorks will has helped with the heel pain.But make sure you order the correct size!
