It might be a great product from great people but for me the taste and smell off the spoon are all wrong. Might be OK in baked goods but no one messes with my ice cream.

This product is weaker than my imitation vanilla. I have to use twice as much. I don't think I'll buy this again.

This organic vanilla bean paste is okay. At first I wasn't sure if I should try it because there was NO SAFETY SEAL on either the outside, or under the cap on this. There was a small circle of what could have been a seal under the cap, but it was stuck to the lid and not sealed on the bottle. I live dangerously, so I used this anyway.The taste of this is okay. I would say it has a light vanilla flavor and isn't as strong as I expected from a vanilla bean paste. The main ingredient in this is glycerin followed by water. I would have expected the main ingredient to be some form of vanilla like pastes I have bought in the past. This tasted good, but slightly week in the muffins I made. I'll use the rest of this, but won't purchase it again.

I like that it has a great flavor and I like the black seeds in it. I use it for flavoring my coffee in the morning. Also great for baking.

Great consistency and flavor. I always buy this brand!
