Quite sturdy
I am a 90 kilo 60 year person and at first I had doubts about a folding ladder because of possible instability at each segment joint. However I was able to repair a CCTV camera at 10 feet height feeling quite safe and stable. Last time Icalled a CCTV technician, he ripped me off 50% this ladder's cost! So it has already paid for half its investment.Closing the ladder felt risky to fingers at first but on repeated use I got used to doing it safely.Black powder coat gives it a good look.Slightly heavy for my age though.Overall a good compact product.

No good response from customer care, product too short, which is of no use to me
The item is found below my expectation in height or length for my use and desired to obtain 18 ft height or length with payment of price in addition to earlier paid. The customer care doesn't give good response. I would be very greatful if they refund back my money by collecting the subject . So that i can reorder with 18 ft length for my purpose with the money being refunded and will satisified for my need.

It is shaky
It is very shaky, I am afraid to climb this ladder, I am in frustration because I did not check after buying, I checked after 15 days of purchase, I don't have choice to return. It is my sincere advice not to buy this product.
