At first, I forgot it was a touch screen. Game changer there, I'm am idiot. It runs my recording software awesomely and that's why I bought it in the first place. A favorite household staple for us.

I like the display and the speed, the weight is good and it does not show fingerprints .. MY BEEF is not enough type 3 USB ports and maybe a good old USB 1 thrown in because we still need them ... and I wish it both memory readers ... mini's are OK but I am a fan of the 1" square memory cards, they are easier to see and much harder to misplace. The bottom line there always needs to be more ports in today's machines.... I don't get it, ADD MORE PORTS!!!!!

I bought this PRICEY laptop thinking "Ih it is Samsung, should be okay, because my Samsung Phones are okay.... BUt.. Samsung phones do not use Microsoft. So, #1 This Laptop is preprogrammed to constantly market at you an assortments of "services" which are intended to keep you depending strongly upon Microsoft. It will trick you as many times as possible into using Edge (Microsoft) Using ONE NOTE (Microsoft) and thus having to use them and eventually pay for all that stuff. This laptop came with Windows 11, which is one of the less user friendly versions, the camera application totally sucks.Three months into the purchase I am finding out about connectivity and battery issues. Like many of us, I have had many computers in the Past, primarily have dealt with DELL. Never had this problems or even near.My productivity has been severely compromised as I have spend countless hours just trying to make this computer work, but everyday I have to click several times out the pop-outs that keep coming to have me "personalize" the computer, when in reality what they want me to is to sign up for Microsoft One Drive and so on and so forth.Today, I have tried to turn it off and guess what. The battery isn't charging fast enough. I have been charging it for about 45 minutes before I can even use it.I never thought I'd say this but I may be thinking of switching to Mac. I am a senior citizen and it looks like all this things are becoming more and more dictatorial, making us, defenseless consumers slaves of these publicly trade corporation which seem to have carte blanche to jerk us around making these products indispensable even for essential things in life, thus sinking too many of us in growing worry and desperation.Stick to your old devices if you can. Refuse and resist with all you've got the pushy salesman tactics from Microsoft and Samsung itself.A last thing: Good luck on finding an on off button. This computer looks fancy but it is a dumb device

Used MacBook and iPhone for many years. Went Android last year, Samsung Z fold 5, and very impressed! Paired my phone to this laptop for work and personal music recording (Ableton Live), this doesn't skip a beat. A very few don't know how to stop ads, it's so simple with this thing. I disabled most of the junk ware in the start up menu and uninstalled the rest...this thing is amazing! The touch screen is a bonus when signing or creating art, just grab the stylus and bam! During work, I never look at my phone, I text, use apps and make calls from this laptop using a speaker phone. Take a class or check out YouTube about the Samsung ecosystem, it will change how you work and make everything very efficient. Best decision and no regrets.

I bought this item for my husband and he loves it. It is lightweight and easy to set up and navigate. I thought it was a bit pricey for what it is, but he doesn’t agree. He loves it and the color was perfect!
